Nevertheless, there have been serious complaints regarding service: one guest encountered a situation where the buffet was unavailable on the day of their visit, and a refund for the paid breakfast was denied. However, there are significant complaints regarding sleep comfort: many guests describe the mattresses as excessively hard, comparing them to boards. There are also complaints about the low quality of the bed linens, uncomfortable pillows, and curtains that are not dense enough to fully block light in the bedroom.

Opinions on cleanliness are divided. Many guests praise the daily housekeeping and the general condition of the rooms, describing them as spotlessly clean.
