Central location. Staff extremely competent and courteous. Nice place for families. Close to shopping malls. For improvement: bathrooms are old style and can be upgraded. Gym equipment needs repair.

This is my 1st time! 🎉 Never had a professional Thai massage before. Ms. Melina at the reception was so kind and knowledgeable. 😊 Ms. Maya, the therapist, provided such professional service!

Despite some very negative old reviews, my personal experience with the new management in 2026 was excellent.
The hotel has clearly improved a lot.

I’ve been staying in Flat 242, Regent Tower, Juffair for the past one month, and I can confidently say I’m extremely satisfied with everything here.
