Nice rooms, very clean with a modern feel. The bar on the 28th floor is worth a visit too.

Great location! Surrounded by malls and restaurants as well as classy nightlife. The breakfast buffet is amazing too.

My overall experience with the hotel was really good. Staffs were very friendly and always greeted with a smile. Comfortable stay!
I have only one suggestions: Please don't wait for the guests to follow up on the basic necessities which every room should have it. I acknowledge the fact that once asked about the “missing” amenities in the room, the staffs immediately provided these. :)

My usual go to buffet when I have a long day ahead. They have a selection of Arabic and European salads, in addition to some hot dishes. They used to have a grill station but I guess they decided to reduce the price from 8 bd to 6 bd and do away with it. Nevertheless for the price the food is still very good. Hot dishes include fish, chicken and sometimes a beef dish.

We go to the bar once a week. Bit Smokey for me. Good offers thou on happy hour. Nice bar snacks. The new singer is nust amazing. Miss Alina. What a voice. Staff great fun.

Best 4 star hotel in Bahrain. Personally my stay here always had it’s issues once I couldn’t get adjoining rooms knowing that I have reserved in advance and called before my arrival. Other time I had to wait for 30 minuets while they were drilling the wall next to me because my room was not ready yet. In general the staff here are friendly and prices here are reasonable. The rooms were very clean. Room service wasn’t that good. If I had a choice I wouldn’t repeat my stay here.

Very overrates hotel by other sites. The service is awful took more than 30 min to check in and same to check out. The room light system reset itself and turn on midnight waking us up. The keys need programming everyday. The fire alarm went off tow night in a raw at 230 am. The workers have no hospitality training at all. Not worth the much bet paid and first time I can’t wait to leave Bahrain because of this place.

Great for Family's, Shoppers and Businessmen stays. Quite hotel in a quite area. And a great food. Close to shopping malls.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable, the only negative thing is that the hot water in the bathroom was cold. Probably an isolated problem. The reception staff are good and helpful.

This was my 4th visit to Bahrain (Manama), and in this time I have been those the Hotel Swiss-Belgotel Seef.
What I can say, the check-in take to me 1 minutes.
The room on 21st floor was quite big and clean.
The AC has worked properly. The shaver it self is very big and very good.
This hotel have a bar and restaurant on the 28th floor, but because I am not a smoker I vas prefered to have a dinner and lunch on the 10th floor in a buffet.
Service has been excellent, and definitely I will stay in this hotel next time!

Very good and comfortable hotel rooms have panoramic views and comfortable beds very kind staff restaurant in 10th floor with sky view open air area swimming pool in sky veiw open area in 10th floor also. Gym, suna and steam.

I vistied Swiss Cafe they provide buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner price reasnoble I liked to place the food is good the service perfect freindly staff For sure I am planing to go again.

It's a fantastic hotel that has a very nice location and view from the top floor. Strategically located near most of the malls and businesses. Courteous staff and comfortable beds.

It is very good hotel. On of my hotel list that I deal with if I am in BH. Hopefully, if they look to enhance the buffet.

It is a 5 star hotel nice place and great view from the hotel rooms Take rooms from levell 22 and above.

My favorite spot. Almost close to everything a casual tourist would need. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is respectable, not like other family unfriendly hotels. The food and beverage is above average.

This hotel really deserves full four stars I think my evaluation is 8.5

A good hotel that is walking distance from seef mall. The rooms are reasonably big with quite comfortable bed/pillows and having adequately clean washrooms. The breakfast is good with ample choices.

Very Nice hotel with friendly staff who can speak different languages. All amenities available specifically swimming pool and breakfast option. At walking distance from Al Seef mall where you can go after work do shopping and eat at food court. Recommended for all business travels having meetings in Seef area and or near causeway. Family friendly as well.

The location was great, it is near to city center shopping mall, Seef mall and many restaurants. New and clean. Under staffed, check-in took long than average because there was only one employee in front desk! Quit hotel.

Good location, good staff and size of the room.

Sea food buffet is excellent, specially the sushi counter.

Very clean, rooms are wide, great location, very good room service… when they saw my baby they get a baby bed for me free.

A cozy hotel in the heart of Manama, Bahrain. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing, very spacious with a toilet and a full bathroom. The place is so convenient but it gets a bit busy in the morning if you're heading to the airport, because there a couple of traffic lights. The restaurant on the 10th floor has nice views, an outside seating area, food was really great. Parking is free in the building, otherwise you can park easily in front of the hotel. Things which I didn't like here were the lighting in the room, it was quite dark, not enough lightings, besides the stand shower is really small.

Absolutely lovely hotel! The staff were brilliant! I had a slight problem with my English Breakfast, it was served cold so I returned it, but the staff in the Cafe / restaurant couldn't do more to rectify the problem! They gave me a full refund and even gave me complimentary buffet! The executive chef even came out and apologised! Apart from the tiny little problem with the breakfast I can't praise the staff enough for their amazing hospitality! I felt like I was in a 5* hotel! The rooms are lovely and spacious and the bed is very comfy! Keep up the amazing work SwissBell! I will be back.
