Amazing nice hotel good sevices.

Clean room and welcome reception staffs. Disappointed with breakfast, poor food and no service mind from staffs in the restaurant.

I've never been a fan of Ramada, but my stay here was pleasant. My room had a lovely view of the palace which, when lit up after sunset, is a beautiful view. I opted for room only, but there is room service available throughout the day and buffet breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes' walk away from all the best restaurants in town. Look for "Adliya" on the map and stroll over in that direction. The staff are mostly welcoming, helpful and friendly. I had been in all day during one day of my stay, and when I came back, I had hoped room service would have been along to clean. As there was only one person on room service duty, they had been unable to do so, but a quick phone call to reception and the member of staff came along and freshened up the room. I really appreciated that.

Excellent location, good service. Rooms are clean n beautiful. All good restaurants and parlours are nearby. Only thing missing is pool for kids.

The location of this hotel was a surprise as I’ve stayed in Bahrain a fair few times but didn’t realise the range of wonderful restaurants just a few minutes walk from the Ramada.
The hotel is friendly, though the room decor may by a little dated for some tastes compared to the flashy new hotels over in jaffair. But nevertheless clean comfortable with excellent facilities including an excellent bar & swimming pool.
The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. Will definitely consider using this hotel again.

Foyer and dining area nice and modern. Rooms are a bit dated. When going into the lifts there are TVs with pics of new modern hotels. No doubt with a little investment this hotel could be also. Staff were magnificent. Really friendly and polite. Especially the breakfast staff. All told good value for money.

This may not be a five star hotel but their service is as good as any five star hotel. They also provide free airport pick up and drop off Breakfast is very good, rooms are getting old and will require upgrades.

Excellent hotel with nice staff, good central location too!

Location is great, Price consider to be much less than other areas in Bahrain, I stayed for four Nights, cleanness is not that High and I can say its not recommended for families at all, average Breakfast, but with this price I don't think you will find it a problem, Beds are good and comfy, I would recommend it for singles or work traveler but not for families.

Poor customer service… esp at the front desk… If there is a white skin guy (US or UK) n yourself standing at reception, their first attention and focus will be for white ppl and while attending them they don't even consider your presence… literally I hate such partial treatment… rest staff were very good n room too.

Clean, high quality, 4 or 5 star hotel. Decor is elegant & simple, not ostentatious. Staff extremely nice & helpful. Excellent English, all personnel. Rooms clean, bright & elegant. Decent bathtubs with plenty of hot water for a proper bath. (Which is sometimes difficult to find in the M. E. ) In-house restaurant absolutely superlative! Buffet breakfast 100% 5 star! ☆☆☆☆☆. One could not ask for wider choice, quality, or variety. 8-12 possibilities of breads & pastries, egg dishes, meats, cheeses, fruits, & fresh juices& teas! A proper traditional American, English, French, European, Arabic, and Indian breakfast all available simultaneously! My dinner selection of thyme roast chicken breast was perfectly cooked while utterly tender, juicy & flavourful. Perfectly steamed 5 sorts of veggies and excellent fresh mashed potatoes, with four kinds of bread and fresh butter made my simple meal absolutely gourmet. Freshly pressed pineapple juice — a taste sensation.

Good hotel and there is a bar in it… but not guest friendly… if you bring your date in your room you need to pay extra… I was in reception one of the guests would like to bring her boyfriend but they ask extra charge… isnt that one of the reasons why some checked in at hotels?

Very good impression of the services and facilities. Well located near (200 m) the best area of restaurants and coffees in Manama. Many shops of any type also nearby. It is an easy life being there.

The room was clean and comfortable with an ever so slight smell of age. I watched the sun rise over the city from my cityview room with a cup of tea from my in-room teapot. The reading light by the bed was inadequate though. The breakfast was tasty and diverse with good options for any diet, including vegan. The location, really good with restaurants, an ATM, and stores of interest within walking distance. The staff was professional and responsive. There is free, outside parking in the back (some covered spaces) with an attendant but availability gets a little dicey the later you come back if the hotel is full. Will stay again. One personal quirk — I like a sheet between me and the comforter, which they do not supply.

As it says on the box. Breakfast is not as good as it used to be. Top hotel for the price.

Thank you so much Ramada Bahrain for an excellent food with very accommodating and very amiable staff who were always there to serve you the best. If you are fond of music, you will appreciate their live band at The Exchange Lounge inside the hotel. I can assure you that it's worth itGod bless Ramada.

Friendly staff, very neat and clean rooms. Fantastic views from the street facing room where I stayed, can be a bit noisy, but did not bother me as I had to be up early. Had dinner for a few nights in "The Exchange English pub" inside the hotel good selection on the menu and nice atmosphere, live entertainment.

Just spent 6 nights there (been many times before for one or two nights going to and from the airport). Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Nice maintenance with experienced staffs. Especially complimentary Breakfast is awesome.

I Will agree that the hotel is Smelly, old & dark.

Smelly, old & dark Probably I'll give it 4 stars if we were in the 80's.
