Stayed here on several occasions, it's location is ideal for restaurants and cafes, however it is very noisy at night from the motorbikes and cars revving their engines. The actual apartments have sadly declined in cleanliness and facilities on my last 3 visits. Furniture is dirty and in need of replacement. Wi-Fi is very weak.

1. Very limited parking space 2. Poor customer service of that male indian receptionist. He should be trained more for customer relations 3. The flat we booked weeks ahead & confirmed the night before was not available upon check in. 4. Toiletries such as toilet paper for all the bathrooms were not available. We tried calling the reception but no one was answering the call. 5. Air conditions were not properly working in 2 bed rooms. We called the reception more than 2 times but no one was sent to the room to check & fix the problem. 6. Towels issued were dirty. 7. No utensils available for the kitchen.
