الفندق عائلي بالدرجه الأولى وشققه وسيعه ونظيفه. المسبح في السطح نظيف وعامل الإنقاذ متواجد دائماً. شبكة الواي فاي ممتازه. الإفطار في مطعم الطابق الأول لابأس به ومعقول جداً لفندق من فئة الأربع نجوم. لديهم مطعم في الطابق الخامس والثلاثون يفتح فقط لوجبة العشاء. مواقف السيارات متعددة الأدوار موجوده في برجهم الآخر المجاور لهم لهذا عليك الخروج من الفندق للوصول للمواقف أو بإمكانك إيقاف السياره أمام الفندق مباشره. يوجد مصلى صغير في الطابق الأرضي، كذلك توجد ملاعب أطفال مظلله تمنيت لو كانت مغلقه ومكيفه لاسيما أننا كنا في أغسطس! كنا نسمع صوت القران يتردد في المصعد فنشكرهم على هذه البادره الطيبه. عندما إستلمت الشقه حوالي الساعه ٤:٣٠ عصرا تفاجأت بجوها الحار فإعتقدت أنهم قاموا بتشغيل المكيف للتو، لهذا لم أبالي كثيرا لأننا أنزلنا الشنط مباشرة وخرجنا للتمشيه. المفاجأه كانت عند رجوعنا منتصف الليل حيث إكتشفنا أن مكيف الشقه لم يكن يعمل ولم يتمكن فني الصيانه من إصلاحه! تضايقت كثيراً لأني قمت بالحجز مسبقاً ولا أجد لهم عذراً في وقوع خطأ سخيف كهذا. أشكر الأخ يوسف موظف الإستقبال الذي نقلنا مباشره إلى شقه أخرى ومرت تلك الليله بسلام.

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Spacious bedroom. Excellent valet service. You can hear Quran in the lobby which is amazing. Perfect for families with kids. The play room needs to be updated.

One of greatest hotels and it's recommended for families. Big rooms, fast service and it's NOT noisy.

A dear friend had been living in orange suits visited him twice found staff very courteous and smiling, property was very clean and attractive will surely recommend to friends.

gents Salon ground floor, playground ground floor, they have tennis court and cinema hall, have available parking, guest service is wonderful, management is very good, there have lot of facility for guest,

This new hotel in Manama is very clean and spacious. I liked it a lot. There is a playground for kids at the ground floor. The apartment was great but the kitchen was empty. However the elevator was not good.

The apartment was very big. The kids were very happy with it. Good soundproof. Ameneties were satisfactory. Satisfaction. Unfortunately, we missed the breakfast. The one thing I didn't like was the kids' play area location and It needs improvement. Overall, it was a good night stay.

Nice place and It is very good for families because the hotel is quite and there is no night club. Don’t worry about parking just drop your car for the free valet parking and they will take care about it. The room and the living room are separated. Also, the apartment area is large.

Hotel is cool, but they need more than two elevators. Waiting takes up to 10-15 minutes.

This was a superb place to stay with every luxury available.

Hotel is really nice. It's walking distance to jaffait mall and maybe a dozen good restraunts. Rms are well laid out. With all basic kitchen utensils included. Facilities are well laid out and maintained. I give 3 stars due to the laundry. Receiving my laundry at 11pm is not very guest friendly. Especially since it gets put out before 7am. All my clothes don't get return to me. I will have to go and buy a couple things today. I have also ended up with other guests laundry twice which I returned to the reception.

It is simply a great option for family or big groups. Clean and spacious rooms outfitted with all services you need. The thing I loved the most about this hotel was the price is fantastic. Five stars undoubtedly.

It is a great hotel, these are the two best days in my life in this hotel, but I rated it 4 stars because there are 3 televisions in the room and only one of them is working and there is only two charging cables in the whole room, there is no charging cables in any room, how would I charge my phone.
