We were driving so we couldnt join tasting programme but def next time we will book a guesthouse in the winery and join tasting programme.

Must visit place to spend your weekend and escape from the city in Chateau Monolit Winery in a beautiful Ismailly region. Neat and clean, with a friendly staff and amazing food and wine. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Azerbaijani Tuscany, delicious cuisine, astonishing views, friendly staff (especially Khalid and wine specialist Panakh).

Visited winery based on suggested "all inclusive" tour pack. Really recommended to have rest from city chaos. Hotel rooms are with high ceilings, double bed with hard mattress, very clean, bathroom has 3 kinds of towels for each and even single use toothbrush with toothpaste and bathrobes. Rooms have very nice view to the garden. We had very delicious soup and plov for lunch accompanied with salad, cheese, compots. For dinner we tried 3 different types of wine (like degustation) with very delicious cheese collection, dolma and kebab. Bread is baked in tendirs right in the winery. So food is amazing and really tasty. Entertainment starts from the moment you step out from the bus, the fresh air, poolside area, green gardens all impresses too much. Later starts collecting grapes tournament (organizer provide you with hats, gloves and garden scissors) and then you will be kind of Celentano dancing on the grapes:). Make sure to have shorts, flip-flops and colorful outfit to have nice memory photos. Further on excursion to the winery and wine tanks will give you chance to try grape juice, young wine and wine cellar visit will summarize your knowledge of wine making in this amazing place. Strongly recommend to take with you swimsuits if you go in summer, and very warm jackets (preferable with cap) for evenings doesn't matter when you visit winery. Life music was provided. We loved our stay at Chateau Monolit winery and definetely want to be back:)

Me and my friend enjoyed a lot our tour at Chateau Monolith, it was very interesting. The staff was very nice and they learned us many thing about the winery. Very nice place for wine lovers!

Perfect city escape place! clear air, lovely views; comfortable and clean rooms; fantastic locally produced food; brilliant wines and all that at very reasonable price! I will return definitely!

Service is almost zero. May be that place used to be good but not anymore. Messed up with booking first, also booking. Com confirmed but I have got call after I was half way that there is no space in cottages. After back and forth hotel provided 2 double rooms.
service in restaurant is almost absent. You can seat 30 min at the table and will not be approached. Had to ask management to give menu, then have to find management again to order food and then wait 30 min with nothing on table. No even water and bread. Absolutely not worth money.

We loved touring this winery.

Sometimes the right time and the right place mean much more than any five-star hotel with an extensive minibar,
now a lot of people forget about it and to love the place you don't have to look at it from a bird's-eye view, you can just visit Shato Monolit Winery / Guesthouse. Thank you for your hospitality!
