Lets start with the fact that the room was very cold, and when we called the reception, they said that the temperature is centralized in the hotel, and there is nothing to do about. First of all, my parents were staying in the same hotel, right near us, and they could change the temerature of the room to the higher one. Second of all, if a person is cold, and the hotel does not do anything about it to make a guest comfortable, what kind of hotel is this? Now, lets talk about the crazy night we had. In the middle of the night me and my grandmother heard some very loud noises such as voices and thumps. Maybe all the hotel crew and staff is very comfortable when listening to these crazy shouts at night, but believe me — I. Am. Not. Some people are actually trying to get some sleep at night, but it is hardly possible (What am I talking about — It is IMPOSSIBLE! ) When our whole room is shuttering because of this insane noises! I do NOT recommend you to stay in this hotel, but you know what I DO recommend you? Stay away from that hotel as faaaaaaar as possible! We stayed there for just one day, but I would rather sleep in our car instead of staying there!
The rooms are very noisy. We could not sleep properly. We asked reception several times to fix the problem or to change our room. Nothing has been done. The reception even did not get back to us regarding our enquiry.
Elevators can not carry more than 5 people!
Access to fitness on Sunday morning is limited to women only. What a nonsense.
Air conditioning can not be adjusted by you. So, either you are freezing or suffering from heat.
Definitely not recommended.

We had a problem with heating and when we asked to fix it in the reception, they did not fix it, gave us a room where was no bath 🛀 and also lied that we wanted bigger mirror in the room that is why we asked to change the room … after 2 hours of trying to get the proper room they managed to fix the air conditioning and gave us normal room. The saddest thing was that they lied that we asked for bigger mirror, when we only wanted a warm room with hot water and good bathroom.
