When we arrived they recommnded taking us to a better apartment, near Kasa Masa resturant.
One of the rooms in that apartment had no AC and the door wouldnt close, also our apartment was on the 3rd floor and they didnt have an elevator (i dont blame them at all and the staff helped us carry the lagguage) other rooms were great though. Id rate that apartment 2.5 stars.
They told us to contact them when we were ready for breakfast, we contacted them and they gave us the golf cart guy's number and he didnt respond and it really upset us. We ate at another place (Qubala restuarnt, it was very delcious)
The staff made up for alll of it, they were OUTSTANDINGLY good.
