Good budget hotel. Friendly staff. However room maintenance is average. Ride from hotel to airport by Uber costs around 11 manat.

We got here by accident. Booked a France hotel, and in it why there are no seats left and we were brought here. At once we decided to settle in one room instead of two booked. It took a long time to demand resettlement. As a result, I was put in the basement. The towel had to be begged for 20 minutes. And in the second room they never brought. The sockets are not working and the phone has to be charged in the hallway. The location is good. The Metro is a 5 minute walk away. Close to many shops.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. Clean and comfortable. Location The breakfast was very good. Given that I managed to book a room with a huge discount, I have no complaints at all.

First time in Baku and only pleasant impressions. Good-Natured friendly and responsive people. The Location of the hotel is very convenient, quiet place and 5 minutes to the Metro, 4 stations and you are in the center. Staff Work at the highest level. The Best combination of price and quality.

It's cheap and near the subway. Breakfasts are terrible. The rooms are spacy but beds are not comfortable and some things are kind of broken.

The hotel its good, rooms was very clean, staff very good, and I eat there just breakfast and this is for 3 stars, not 4I love azerbajian people and respect.

For budget travelers the hotel is perfect! Very good location (near the transport, shopping areas. Atmospheric food places), quick response to questions, acceptable breakfast. A special kind word of hospitality of the staff-felt like visiting friends!

It was a disaster. How much I travel, but this is the first time I've come across. We booked a standard room with two separate beds, the room was quite bearable, not counting the dirty linen, the lack of plafond and the unclosing doors in the shower, two towels per person, although the 4x hotel should be 4 on Person. Breakfasts are very meager and on the third day cause disgust (eggs fried, boiled, omelet, sausages, vegetables, olives, some cookies and terrible coffee and tea, which can be drunk around the clock). The staff were quite friendly. Our room was booked for 14 days and sometime after the first week problems began: there were issues with the pass of guests, although the hotel is positioning itself as a 4 star building under the windows. And we were offered to move to another hotel, also 4 stars, showed the photo and was told that we would be put in a room corresponding to ours, in the end we agreed. The next day moved to a new hotel (video attached).

Good and accommodating people. Very helpful and always very comfortable to talk with. Nice location near metro station. However some issues as no room service is available, shortage of staff which impact delivery of services required.

The is the worst hotel in Baku, no water, no electricity, no services and this hotel not worth a 1 dollar. Simply don't stay there ever!

Very poor hotel, doesn't deserve four stars at all.

Location is amazing you can walk to the mall and a public park there is macdonalds nearby it's like in the centre of baku … nice breakfast and really nice staff.
