Best hotel to stay in Baku. Spacious rooms, lavish bfast and reception staff is very hospitable and kind.

Here on quarantine before work next week — very slick operation, and the food provided is plentiful. Remember to have Netflix and books, as the TV available is sparse — just a part of being in Azerbaijan, and not the fault of the hotel!

Being Platinum Elite member, I was pampered well by the hotel. Good clean room at 16th floor with a clear beautiful view of Caspian sea. Worth visiting and staying again.

Whatever you do — DO NOT STAY HERE. I have been waiting for a room now for eight hours — during this time I was rudely spoken to by the night manager and the security guard being told off for sleeping (having worked a full day and then flown through the night). I was told to wait for a room for at least TEN hours because I had not booked early check-in. No one offered me anything to eat or to drink. There were SEVERAL groups of people in the same situation as I but they all got rooms quicker than I. When I BEGGED them — AFTER EIGHT HOURS — to please speak to housekeeping and get just one room ready this, too, met with many problems. This is a Gulag, nnot a center of hospitality. Dreadful! dreadful dreadful do not use!

The room was impeccable. Far better than the usa holiday inns. Location perfect near the Caspian sea promenade to historic old town. Kudos to the breakfast waiters and cooks… Elvin 1, elvin 2 and others have given us kindness and hospitality in beyond compare. They have made our stay fabulous. They deserve a pay raise!

Super herb hotel they are so friendly all the stuff and the breakfast buffet so fantastic foods and we like the stuff they are so helpful and room very clean and all around the hotel verry good view and verry relaxing.

Very smart, stylish hôtel. The rooms could be anywhere in the developed world, although the bathrooms are lovely. The public areas are very neat and tidy. The restaurant has great views (pending construction of other, taller hotels over the road) and superb service. Nice gym & swimming pool complete a very satisfactory place to stay.

It is not luctury but very good and cosy. Location is perfect. Staffs are kind and polite.

Very nice hotel. I arrived early and they allowed me into my room with no issues. Room was clean and very spacious. Used the bar one evening and was happy about the hotel location also, which was well placed for what I needed.

I will not gonna come back this hotel because on summer time we had a very hot day without any air conditioning and they dis not declare to the guests. If I knew it before I can at least not stay on my room or in the hotel I can do another programme but they said just 2 hours and it take all day and of course you do not have any morale. I did not recommend the hotel. Breakfast is week and the bar close at midnight which is not notmal.

Extremely friendly, polite and professional staff in the hotel. Room was spacious and impecably clean, excellent continental breakfast. The hotel is located in a newly reconstructed area, surrounded by luxurious residences and shopping mall in Baku, only 20 minutes walk to the beautiful old town. My stay in Holiday Inn Baku was real pleasure.

Very safe place. You can reach your floor only with your room card. Nice pool and spa. The gym is also okay. Everything is a bit kitsch but… Azerbaijan Taxi is very cheap so you can go anywhere with it it won't cost you more than 10e. Food is absolutely amazing, the staff is also very nice. The rooms are fine and clean. The dining area has a nice view. It's located in a pretty part of the city, nice street. Reasonable price for a stay in a hotel like this.

Solid 4. I mean, typical network friendly service, expected layout and design, excellent reception, Wi-Fi Less, service is not intrusive, upset food for lunch and dinner (let's say, the hotels smaller and easier to feed more interesting and tasty). The elevator is not for the Russians) ) ) you can only drive to your own floor and 18 to eat (on the map). Small hacking by number: lighting/power can be closed by any card discount (just a jumper), you can insert a conditional letual and leave the tablet in the room on charging (electricity does not turn off).

Very good location, staff is super kind, gym is nice, spa is not as good as I have expected as one woman gives all treatments…

It's my fav place to stay when I'm visiting Baku. Despite my activities happening around Hilton area, I love this specific holiday inn for its polite staff and their brilliant customer service. I feel very much like a dear guest and looked after while on my trip, that's the most important thing to me. I stayed several times and will again in the future. Possible to arrange transfers and their driver will meet and greet at the airport — which could be a live saver as local airport taxis are prone to ripping foreigners off. I once had a lovely room upgrade as a loyal customer, super grateful. I love their pillows and comfy beds. Convenient location and is walkable everywhere. They have amazing business buffet lunches and a great gym. Feel like at home here. Thank you for your great work.

Clean rooms. Good service. A little miser on the toiletries but a single call can help a lot. Front desk has these amazing people who speak good English so nothing is a problem. Location is easy and has everything around it.

I had a series of bad experiences on a daily basis. It's as if the management made an effort to employ rude workers. The hotel doesn't have enough keys for the rooms/tenants. It is normal for the reception to hang up on you mid-call. They charge you for the most trivial things and literally ignore very basic requests like an extra pillow. I am surely not coming back here again.

I love this Holiday Inn for business trips. New hotel, big rooms with comfortable bed, central location near sea, reasonable prices.
