Between 2007 and now, I've tried almost all 4 & 5 hotels before but the comfort, cuisine and customer satisfaction at Boulevard is exceptionally incomparable to any other. If you haven't tried them, take a chance on yourself. Don't forget to try the individual uniqueness of every dining and long walks on the sea side.

Such a wonderful hotel. I saw the hotel and interiors through their website and decided to book this without knowing its a 5 star. What wonderful people of Baku, Azerbaijan. Their staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. My son had a fall from his stroller and their concern and immediate medical assistance was very well appreciated. Quick room services, excellent location with the boulevard right behind and amazing management team. Highly recommended hotel.

Its just perfect for all, family, couples, and friends. Its truly beautiful and well designed, workers are very friendly and helpful, whatever favor you need they will help you instantly and with good spirit. They have an exchange office, exchange/ATM machine, they have car hiring service, amazing gym with sea view, you can do many things really, the location may be a bit far from the centre (walking distance) but its really nice to walk all the way to the centre by the boulevard. The room has many drawers for your stuff and the room service is amazing and efficient. They may be a bit slow during check-in but once you get to your room you will forget all about it! Highly recommend it.

One of the best hotel I have seen in my journey. Staff is polite, helpful. Room, s size is good, comfortable bed, tea maker, coffee maker, frige, and safe in all rooms. Lovely view from windows. Big lcd for entertainment. Net n clean washroom with hot water. Complimentary breakfast for all guests. And its very delicious n large variety of food tea, bread, juices, salads, dry fruits, eggs etc etc.

Excellent hotel that made my stay a Baku memerable. It located by the side of Caspean sea. You will enjoy the excellent food at the restaurant. Morning breakfast is free. You have a wide range of choice. Amenities are superb and so are the friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. You will get a beautiful view of Baku from your room. Baku was an wonderful experience for me. People are so friendly and helpful. It is indeed great and hotel Boulevard made it an worthwhile experience.

Very good and modern hotel with good stuff (some even English speaking), very good food offered by local kitchen.

The rooms are very very good and clean and reasonably big. The double bed and single beds are also spacious. The bed covers, pillow covers, towels toiletries etc were very good and of high quality. The Club House and Gym and Swimming Pool were very nice. The rooms had great sea views. The Housekeeping and Reception staff was very courteous and professional. The restaurants were good and breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good spread, save and except that even for a buffet breakfast 5% Service Charge was levied which is unusual and the Restaurant Staff was not giving any service at the time of breakfast. But for this, the overall experience was highly satisfactory and the hotel is a true 5 star luxury hotel which is a Good Value For Money.

Hotel is very much recommended, good facilities: room is very well furnished, gym, indoor pool and breakfast are great. Long story short great hotel for a reasonable price. Staff is very hospitable and warm. Special thanks to Esmira at the reception which showed high level of service, being super caring and nice to me and my wife. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is located almost at the end of boulevard, so it's quite a walk if you fancy a stroll to town. But the boulevard is really nice, encouraging you to walk. Rooms are nice, although a walk from reception area might take you few minutes if you're staying at the far end of the corridor. Breakfasts are amazing — great selection of food, and nicely displayed. My only issue was when trying to organise corkscrew — at first I was delivered a plastic toy that broke before it opened my bottle, and I had to wait forever and call couple of times to get a proper one. I received a nice cake for my birthday which is a nice touch, although I think it was delivered early in the morning and when I got back to my room late afternoon it was nearly melted.

The hotel is new and has good facilities. BUT and its a major flaw, the staff is absolutely shameful. Had things missing from my room, loundry service is poor. Reception is unprofessional. Stay away!

It is really big hotel with great modern decorations, but unfortunately, the services are bad! For example, the lobby is huge, but with 6 counters only, so you wait for long time. Last time I waited for 20 minutes! Another thing, I ordered tissue, they brought it after 1 hour and a half!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Good amenities Clean rooms. The hotel however has major problems. The reception/lobby area is appalling. The place is always full with at least 100 people sitting in the lobby. Some of them were literally sleeping on the lobby couches. There aren't enough staff in the hotel. Too few receptionists. No Valet staff. No bell services or luggage area. The hotel as a structure is fine, but the management is terrible. Yunis at the reception processed my check in and check out and he was excellent.

Wouldn't come back again. Starting from the day we arrived. At the reception where we checked in, they were very rude. We already had a bad day since one of our bags were lost by the airline and had to wait for 2 hours at the airport to confirm it. As soon as I got to the hotel and presented my passport the receptionist would laugh at my face for no reason and couldn't speak english. Anything I would say would end with him laughing and sadly he was the only person available to speak to. After getting the room key he was telling me about the facilities and described them to me like I was a little child. Kept repeating that everything is free except a massage then would say 'do you understand? ' Maybe 4 times although I was answering him totally fine. I went up to the room and waited 45 minutes for the bags then ended up going down to take them myself where I made a complaint to the front desk office. Once I got everything done with then decided to go out I found a cockroach dead in the corridor which stayed there for 3 days now. I will attach a picture of it just to prove it. The air conditioning works but doesn't cool down. After calling the reception to tell them about the problem they told us it would be fixed the next day but did not specify a time. Instead the decided to keep calling my room in the morning hoping I'd wake up. When I woke up after recieving 7 missed calls from them they told me to turn off my DND light.

Service at breakfast was poor. Also, if you pay by cash, count change carefully, they may return you less.

Loved it. At the front Desk greeted tural and everything in detail shown and described. Good breakfasts and lovely Spa.

It doesn't worth even a one star. The toilets are damage and bath staff are the cheapest thing ever. The food takes long time to come and the staff are not friendly. Among all hotels I stayed in this one is the worst. They should come and see dubai's hotels maybe they learn something from it.

Everything was perfect. The location is very good.

Spent a couple of days here. The ideal option for a short trips. The rooms have a kettle, a or coffee maker, an iron with a board, a refrigerator and a safe. The hotel has a spa, a basin, a gym, a bicycle rental. The currency exchange machine, in the lobby, but the rubles don't change, the ATM can be cleared with cash.

Perfect value for money! The hotel opened in May 2015 and is still fresh and new.

A fancy style hotel, with spa, pool, gym, variety of restaurants and bars, also massage services are available. Besides all that you can rent bicycles to breathe some cool air while moving your body, the shore that belongs to this hotel is fabulous because it has multiple good things such as great view clean grass neat walk areas and breathtaking green areas. I must mention the strategic place of this hotel, it lie near the places of interest as city center and sehidler monument. London taxi service is available.

Reasonable prices and excellent service.

Excellent hotel, very modern and plush. Facilities are excellent also, the gym and pool especially. At the time we stayed they had a giant screen outside showing Euro 2016 matches in the evenings, very pleasant — beers only £2.50 also a bonus. Only downside is the distance from the city centre, it's a 15 minute cycle (which the hotel provides for free) or a 30 minute walk.
