We have repeatedly felt very comfortable. The hotel absolutely meets the 5-star level. The excellent and highly trained staff contributed to an extraordinarily pleasant stay and the Corona security concept was consistent and did not affect the holiday in any way. A beautiful Hotel, very nice sauna area, food is just fantastic, and very friendly staff.

A true luxury hotel. We were very satisfied with the service, no wishes remained unfulfilled. Breakfast buffet was very rich and high quality. The location of the hotel was also optimal. Wellness area was very wide and also left no wishes unfulfilled. From the outdoor whirlpool you had a great view of the mountains. The hotel room was beautiful with mountain views. Can recommend the hotel.
If you like star cuisine, you will also get your money's worth here.

At the beginning of August we could spend a few days in this hotel. The staff is super attentive and very friendly. The hotel was not overcrowded and very pleasant in the summer season. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was always top of quality! The area is very good for hiking and enjoying nature. For this you get a tourist card, with which you can use the public transport and cable cars free of charge.

We spent 5 wonderful days here. The food was terrific. The view Magnificent and the hotel simply dreamy. But we liked the incredibly great and lovely service the most. We were also in the travel charm Werfenweng and that was also sensational but here the service made the small difference. We will certainly come again.

A dreamy long weekend in the mountains

We stayed here for 4 days and that much is certain, we will be back.
The kitchen is second to none! Breakfast, snack and dinner are a real experience. The rooms are brilliantly modern, there is nothing missing here, ideal are of course the rooms with a view of the mountains towards the end of the valley.

We had booked a Week's Holiday In the beautiful Ifensuite. There's really nothing to fault. All the Staff were friendly, attentive and always striving to make you feel very comfortable as a Guest of the Ifen Hotel. The Breakfast Buffet was huge and left nothing to Be desired. The Ambience seemed Modem and very appealing. We really felt very comfortable here.

We had a great Time at the Travel Charme Ifen Hotel and were completely satisfied. The Hotel, The Tasting, the Spa And the Service = it was just everything! Basically, we don't "actually go to the same Hotel several times, because we like to try something New … Next Year, however, we will make an Exception and pay another Visit to the Travel Charme Ifen Hotel And spend our Hiking Holiday in the Kleinwalser Valley again, as we liked it so much. :)

Food is Star level In the Spa Area there is nothing missing, the Massages and Treatments are very good and everything very stylish and varied … In this House you can experience 5 Stars in each Area.
The entire Staff is friendly and at an endeavour.
The only Shortcoming For me — the tight Tables in the Restaurant … Some Canteens seem moderate …
TV for 5 Stars too small and placed too deep.

3 days of wellness with good food, nice hotel. Spa area and friendly staff. Go certainly once again. Super price performance!

Basically very nice hotel. Unfortunately due to a very large seminar group (including spouses and children), the soundscape was v. A. In the dining area very noisy and restless. The pool area was also heavily occupied. In some cases, the staff seemed overtax-stressed, which is why we sometimes had to wait a very long time for our drinks.
The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately, the bouquet of flowers was no longer fresh and the water was not changed during our stay, which is why it seemed modriy quickly.
The massages were super and professionally executed and therefore very relaxing.

I have been a guest at this hotel for several years. The only thing I miss is the outdoor pool — but this is made good again by the rest of the area and also by the bar and all the charm of the hotel. The staff is friendly, attentive, on Zack and standing in good spirits and also to have fun for a while. I can only recommend this hotel further, as we have only had great experiences with it so far.

The view, the service, the possibilities… It's a dream! If you want to turn off a day, go here. We spent a day in the wellness area. The price also included towels, bathrobe, fresh fruit, tea and and and.
The staff were always keen to make you feel comfortable.

The spa area is great, the service good but upgradeable. The kitchen and the coffee have nothing in common with Austria — here it would be more authentic to put the hotel a few kilometers to Germany.

Very nice modern hotel with wonderful view of the mountains. Very quiet location. Almost right on the doorstep there is a small ski area. It is also not far to the Ifen or the pulpit wall. The staff are very friendly. In the hotel you have different ways to eat.

We have been visiting this place for 30 years. 20 years in the predecessor Hotel the "Alte Ifenhotel" and now for about 10 years its successor. Although it is not in all respects a 5-star hotel, we feel well kept. Remarkable is the perfect service of the staff. The location of the hotel and the spa area are outstanding. It is completely incomprehensible to us how to justify a 40% price increase from 2018 to 2019!

The best hotel on the Ifen! Excellent service and great ambiance. Exquisite food included! have been here for over 4 years and will be greeted with the words "Welcome back" when arriving in the parking lot. That's what I call Professional, personal service!

We enjoyed the days very much and were impressed by the quality and friendliness of the staff. We liked the location as we wanted to do a holiday in the snow.
With dog it was easy and also our little ones it was a lot of fun!

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately, some of the guests behave as if you were in a third-rate youth hostel. Service personnel who politely address these guests are then also unfairly regulated by the management. What a pity!

Architecture and equipment of the wellness — and swimming pool area absolutely reference class — but completely (! ) crowded and therefore not to be used at all.

Very nice hotel, great service, beautiful rooms, very good wellness area. My sons were just as happy with the food as my wife and I. Varied, rich, high-quality … Lactose and gluten were taken very well into account. The environment and nature in the environment is extremely beautiful!

Unfortunately, there were no more free dates for applications, except for the same solo long bath, which was perfect. Overall, it was a very successful, relaxing stay. Food very tasty, staff very friendly and helpful and competent. The hotel is very well run and leaves almost nothing to be desired. Every time likes to be back.

I don't know where to start. I've traveled a lot around the globe. Never in my whole life have I had such an amazing experience. The service and level of respect is absolutely outstanding. I never wrote a review before, but I decided to go out of my way to write this review because this hotel absolutely deserves it. From the very beginning they handled all our luggage and parking the car in a very professional and friendly manner. Later that night we went down to have dinner, the staff were extremely accommodating and understanding when we notified them about our allergies. We weren't able to order dessert due to our allergies, so instead they prepared some dessert plates that weren't on the menu just for us. Took them a tad bit longer to finish our dessert, but it was definitely worth the wait. Their breakfast is outstanding. They have a very wide range of options and varieties, and the quality of the food is amazing. It's been a long time since I last had English tea as good as the one I had that morning. Of course I don't have to say much about the view from the balcony. The pictures speak for themselves. The reception was very helpful and useful in recommending tourist sites to visit. If I ever visit Austria again, I will definitely book with them again. Honestly words cannot describe how unbelievable my experience with them was.

A wonderful hotel, with large rooms and large bathroom. The spa area is very nice and welcoming. The really large swimming pool invites you to swim.
The dinner in the normal restaurant didn't convince me. The Wiener schnitzel lay unfondly on a plate, with a leafy salad.
The breakfast which we booked for a morning, however, convinced us. It left nothing to be desired.

We have been to the Ifen hotel and will be happy to come in the future! Cleanliness, wellness, cuisine, service, friendliness… are really 5 stars! Thank you to the Ifen team.

Great service and breakfast buffet! The Wi-Fi was a little bit too slow though and no hot water one morning. However an overall good experience. Would definitely spend a couple more nights.

The hotel is in a great location. Super Kitchen and service team. The girls at the spa are also lace.

Bed is not for 5 star hotel! It's so hard! Was waking up from shoulder and hip pain! Slept better in 3 star motels! This place is not for couple, you can't have a little quiet time with your partner! Far to many children! Place is like Disney World! Babies are EVERYWHERE! If you are looking for husband and wife time, go somewhere else! Here you have no chance!

-Air the room extremely dry. This is a really big problem at night
-no water or tea / coffee making facilities in the room
-no bath for bath in the room
-Bath robe torn, would need to be replaced
-Shoe cleaning service only on paper
-Carpet in the room quite "versifft"
-No magazines to read, not in the Spa — must be purchased at the hotel
-Cosmetic treatment is not carefully performed, including blunder at the eyebrows are happening :-0
-Operation in partially not friendly's restaurant
-E. G. No champagne for breakfast, requests outside of buffets difficult
-Lost bikini in the wellness area
-Wine very expensive, even for hotel conditions.

The Hotel is simply stunning. Perfect Service. The Hotel can meet fully and completely the 5 star Standard. The staff is very courteous and always strives to questions or requests to meet. We had a great time there and were able to us in the days we were there recover very well.

Very nice Hotel with a fantastic Spa. Songs corresponds to the Gastrobereich does not meet the requirements of a 5-star hotel. Long Wait on the food, wrong menu, when complaints are wrong again. The waitresses were just too little attention. They employed a majority stake with itself. Also from the wine list must be obtained from a 5-star property have asked for more.

From the outside sees the Hotel very well and also makes you first Enter in the lobby a good impression. Also, the Junior Suite is spacious and very well furnished. For a 5 star house is, however, the equipment to be little maintained and the Service poor. Example, I had the same with the door handle from the bathroom in the Hand. This was in the short-term repaired — the Bathrobe was also in 2 pages torn. Something like this should not happen. The audio system in the bathroom worked not at all. The Internet is very slow — but that is in the vacation also not absolutely necessary. The only Plant in the room was also dried up. Also the temperature of the water in the Pool was too cold for us (had not determined the specified 28 degrees). Although there is a larger Restaurant, however, we got no more place before 20:30. The star Restaurant, we would like to try — it was, however, the waiting list is too long and we had no luck. Directly opposite the Hotel, but there is a good Italian — a great Alternative for all, which has no place in the hotel restaurant. I also think it's inappropriate for the filling of a refrigerator or per room service a flat rate of 10€ to collect. If however, someone decide, to stay here, I recommend, to Sleep with a sleep mask and ear plugs to bring, because to get the room in the evening herunterzubekommen have the balcony door completely opened, since the air conditioning in the evening no longer works!

We consumed HOTEL the days again with you in the IFEN and unfortunately even this stay is clouded.
Somehow, the staff was very hard — or pressure — we don't know. Much went wrong (as already in the previous stay two years earlier)
It was, for example, very annoying for two people and two days to get a small single shampoo — repopulated was nothing in this 5-star hotel.
Also the justifications set out in the SPA, which is why you need two towels for the sauna was mühen soul — apparently towel shortage in Hotel chronically.
The food was very good — even if the chef "DIM SUM" Announces and then served instead of any of the fried spring rolls.
