Good location just away from the main hustle and bustle of city centre. Great transport links. Reception staff really helpful and flat clean and comfortable, slept like a baby in the Queen size bed.

Apartment is quite central and close to metro and supermarket, modern and clean, has a kitchen to save some eurillos.

Room was a nice size; smaller side but enough for sleeping as we were exploring the city. Tidy and clean, well looked after. Staff are friendly and helpful. Security system is great.

I can absolutely understand or confirm many of the previous speakers from me. The bad smell the first time you enter the room was also very clear to me! Unfortunately, I did not manage to find the source of it, but I suspect it was due to the ventilation in the bathroom … which, by the way, did not work. That's why I think you just spread the bad air from the neighbor everywhere nicely, just like my bad air then at the neighbor about it … but that's just speculation.
The location of the room is of course the absolute "highlight here, " because you have to consider which neighborhood you are in here. In about 5-10 minutes you have the city centre and all the big luxury hotels. The price is really reasonable! However, one must not expect too much either! It reminded me more of a class trip or youth hostel. Of course, the equipment was bought anew at some point and everything was renovated, but you can see all this is already a bit older. Accordingly, signs of wear and tear and defects can also be seen. The drain was completely too, making a shower almost impossible, the ventilation in the bathroom didn't go and the rollos were totally picked. I also had constant dirty feet when I moved barefoot in the room. And right from day one. I think cleanliness is not a matter of stars;) I can also certainly expect that there are no defective ones. Like others mentioned, the walls are probably really very thin.

On the positive side, the staff are very friendly. The apartment is centrally located to the direct city centre and public transport is within walking distance of 1-2 metres.
Unfortunately, however, there were also some negative points.
When entering the apartment, we were met by a musty smell of drainage.
The ventilation in the bathroom was defective, so it was always very warm. Part of the shower wall was also hooked out — thus defective.
The drain in the shower went very badly, which meant that you usually had to interrupt showering to let the water run off first, otherwise it would have run out of the shower.
The floor in the apartment only looks sporadically cleaned, because our socks were very undone after the shoes and once went dusty.
All in all, it has to be said that the pictures are somewhat deceiving the actual condition of the apartment. At first glance it seems very modern and clean, at second glance or directly on site it seems rather unusual.
Those who only use the apartment to sleep and have no problem with the fact that the rollos darken only a little, will cope with the value for money.

Very spacious, decent kitchenette. Friendly staff. A Bit noisy in the mornings, but probably like everywhere in the center of Vienna.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s very beautiful, elegant, clean and well supplied. The position is great: you can reach the city centre by foot or by all means of transports (nearby there’s everything: bus, tram, U-Bahn). The staff is young, helpful and nice (one of the receptionists can speak very good Italian and is really kind and friendly! ). The only little issue was that the apartment sometimes got way too hot during the day, even though the heater was off. On the whole, we would definitely recommend it everyone going to Vienna.

Comfortable, very clean, good bed and modern interior. Reasonably good location. Exceptionally good accomodation in this price range. Only thing is that the walls are thin, so you have to be lucky with your neighbours.

I spent 4 nights (19-23 October) in one of the apartments in Vienna Inn Apartments and I had a great time. The location is perfect, close to the metro and at the same time there is the possibility to reach the center of Vienna also on foot (only 15 minutes) (Pleasant walk). Even in the evening, the neighbourhood in which it is located is very quiet. The Girl at the reception was nice and helpful (speaks great Italian). The apartments are large, 2 evenings I had dinner there. I value it with 5 stars because for what I paid it was perfect what I received. I recommend it to everyone, both couples, family, but also friends.

The Hotel was very good. Comfortable and warm Rooms, clean good but better, TV that does not allow to connect any removable media and reception times for ridiculously short check in and check in Outlook. There Are better options to stay in Vienna but for one night it is enough.

Nice room, well equipped, good transport links. Shower was a bit erratic.

Mini apartments located on the third floor of the building, out of hours check-in and check-out are automated with the key in a safety deposit box. Quiet area with supermarkets nearby.

Have spent the weekend 1st / 2nd April in Vienna. Great, practical apartment, are guaranteed to stay overnight. Very friendly and nice service, very conveniently located, even with the car you can get there without any problems and get out of the city again …

Great location near to the city center. If you arrive late in the night they leave the key in a safe outside the hotel and give you the code to unlock it. Very well clean and quite big apartment.

Modern, clean and amazing apartment!. The location was great, just 15 minutes far from the Cathedral. Another advantage was the close distance to a supermarket. Highly recommended! P. S. The only objection is the lack of microwave. Thank you.

Dirty sex, lack of ventilation, uncomfortable kitchen, scant lighting, noise from the street, not the promises staff. Only close proximity to downtown. I do not recommend.
