Good hotel close to center nice large rooms (suites)

It was a very nice hotel. Level service, breakfast rich and quality.

Great location, very quiet, super nice staff and good price. What's not to like? It isn't fancy, and my room was a little warm, but nothing I couldn't live with. If you want fancy you're going to have to either spend more or stay in a less desirable location or both.

Very great hotel in a convenient location to explore the city. You walk leisurely in 20 minutes to St. Stephen's Square, or you can take the tram or subway, each about 5-7 minutes away. We had a room facing the air shaft, so it was not particularly bright, but very quiet. The equipment is very good, the team is extremely accommodating, polite and also flexible for short-term plan changes. We'll be happy to come back!
Very excellent hotel in a good spot for an exploration of the Vienna city centre. You can either stroll to the Stephansplatz in about 20 minutes, or you can use Tram or U-Bahn, about 5-7 minutes away from the hotel. We had a room with windows to the airshaft, so they were a bit dark, but very silent! The staff is extraordinarily nice, very helpful and quite flexible with short-term planning changes. We will certainly come back for our next stay in Vienna.

Very large rooms. Unfortunately, our Zi was. Into the courtyard. We had almost no daylight.

Courteous, pleasant staff, clean quiet room with a comfortable bed, excellent options for a couple or family.

The room was nice and spacious but was too hot! The air conditioning must have had something wrong with it because with it turned down to 5 Celsius in December it was still stifling. We had turned the air conditioning off and left the windows open to cool down overnight which helped but when we returned in the evening the room service staff had put it back on! This time the night time traffic kept us awake so we didn't get much sleep. However, the staff were really helpful when it came to local amenities and pointing things out on maps etc. And it was central and close to a supermarket so while I might not choose to stay there again, if I did find myself back there I certainly wouldn't be upset.

Great location. Near all the tourist areas but a little to the side so it's quiet. The rooms are all suites, with a living room and a bedroom. The hotel is spacious, but no frills. Rooms are clean.

Excellent location — this is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Talking about the rest: bathrooms with great, huge bathtub, rooms very big and comfy but so dark! In the morning you won't realise if it is sunny or cloudy outside. My room was on the second floor and it was impossible to see the sky. Breakfasts very basic. Very good place if not planning to stay in the room for a long time — hotel is really close to all the most important places in Vienna.

Big rooms, amazing bathroom. Breakfast could be a little better but then again it has everything you need. Its a shame the gym doesn't have a treadmill, but lucky for me it wasn't too cold outside so I could explore Wienna by running. All in all a very good 4 star hotel.

This hotel is 4-star rated. If you are searching for luxury, search elsewhere. This is not the kind of 4-star-want-to-be-5-star hotel. However, the rooms are very big, I would guess that most have at least two separate rooms. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning was excellent. Breakfast buffet is quite small, but sufficient and with good quality. If you're looking for a decent quality hotel at a prime location, this will be perfect.

Hotel well located in the center, spacious room, pillows are bad, cleaning bad, some dirty towels, one day no hot water since morning, reception if you do not defend with the German or the English papers, they do not do anything to understand you or give you attention if you have a problem, I don't know if I will go to Vienna but this hotel not, ah! breakfast shabby for a four star hotel in quotation marks, because I do not know on what basis to give the rating, this in Spain does not pass, we are more gentle and close to the tourists here nothing fulleros
