CheckVienna - Edelhof Apartments Apartment

I was once with the young ÖVP
in the Edelhof and there everything was in the best order, the snacks and drinks excellent. A very good place. Brigitte Rodin.

The great food with excellent quality and a very sympathetic chef.

Highly recommended, cozy and beautiful atmosphere.

The apartment Ok but has no elevator.

Had problems getting the keys, had to wait for customer support for an hour. Also, some bedsheets and toilet paper was missing. Otherwise rooms were clean and good.

The keyboard doesn't work. Out of 5 booked rooms, 2 codes failed.

Large "Altbau" appartement for a fair price, well connected near shops and restaurants.

Stayed there for around 2 months. Kinda old appt but some are well maintained … Dont think about something grand. I can say it's old but clean. No AC's but they can provide you a fan on request. We stayed two of their appts as we were like 10 ppl including kids. The appt they gave us at first was awful. Furniture was like from 1920's then we made a complaint and asked for another available appt in the same building. That was quite better and clean. It is well connected to all the buses and trams. So we liked it and grocery shops are very close. It's quite safe also to stay …

Good location, good connection with the central area.

Overall our stay there was awful, do yourselves a favour and avoid that place. The automatic retrieval of the key worked all right and we got the key for the flat. The apartment was shabby, situated in the basement and the rubbish bins in their full height were right in front of the only 2 windows, blocking the view of a terrible looking courtyard. The flat smelled very bad & musty inside and you can't open the windows because of the rubbish smell. I was also afraid that rats may come in and the bedroom was full of spiders. We had an awful lot of problems during our 5 day stay– couldn’t enter the building due to a faulty keypad at the front door and no key for the front door, blocked shower and blocked toilet. It was impossible to reach Check Vienna on the phone. We left several messages but no one returned our calls for help.
