Chichilli Hostel Hostel

Came on a summer day, the moment I came in the smell of feet and sweat struck my nose right away. I don't know what's going on here but the hotel need to put it in the description that there might be some people that works there that might share a room with you, and these are some pretty old people. There are only 2 bathroom and 2 showers for 30+ guests it wasn't comfortable at all, I believe for the price you pay you should get a better place.

HOSTEL: no keys YES there is only 1 toilet for girls and 1 for boys but they have 2 mixed showers (off the kitchen) close to the north train station but not the city there is a direct tram line to the city no budget shopping near by my mixed dorm was nice lots of space lockers available (cheaply made, not sure I would trust my laptop in there) they had a living room in the room (not sure why cause there was no common area to relax, except the kitchen) to get to the room I had to walk through an 9 bed male dorm room (it was wierd) I did LOVE the design of the bunks, 3 high but no one was on the floor, and the stairs where easy to climbing in the dark. CITY: everything closes by 5 pm on a Saturday and DOES NOT reopen till Monday = no food near by to hostel at all.

Truly cozy and quiet hostel. Bed was super comfy. A bit far from the city centre for walking but there's public transport access right outside the door.

Okay for short stay. Good stuff.

We should rather talk about dorm for students than a hotel but the price of 12 euros explains this fact.

Although the entrance seems hidden and the old elevator of the building give the impression of a shady place, once you get inside the very safe hostel, you are greeted by at least one smile and a warm feeling. The hand drawn paintings of anime on the walls show accurately how every detail is taken care of. The hostel is a big apartment with several rooms acomodated with bunkbeds, a big kitchen, fridges, and even an oven you're always free to use, mixed showers are across the kitchen, but separated from the toilets. I stayed three nights in which I was very confortable. Right outside stops the tram that takes you to center Vienna. Station spitelau of the ubahn is also only a block away. I recommend this place!

Cheap place. Very nice kitchen. You'll get chance to meet people from different origin.

My bus into Vienna was over two hours delayed, so I called the hostel right away to try and arrange something but since their front desk closes early and they refused to give any leeway in their cancellation policy, they kept the full price of the booking. Considering I had only booked the room an hour before, it was pretty disappointing to receive no cooperation on their end. Cancellation policy fine, but this hostel will not go the extra mile for you.

We met some cool and chill people here but that ofours depends on who is there. Everything was clean and beds were soft. Good showers to. Checking was a breeze and no need to check out. Renting via airbnb was easy and cheap. Using the tram you get to centre in 5 — 10 minutes.

Despite it's name, there's no even tea or instant coffee in the kitchen. Never seen such a petty hostel in my life. Am I supposed to buy a jar of coffee to drink 1 cup in the morning? Ridiculous. The staff is nice and friendly, but guys, buy some coffee or tea! For the sake of your place's name at least.

The location is really nice and close to the U-bahn. The hostel itself is also very nice, clean and tidy. The overall staff is very polite and always super helpful. I'd say pretty much everything about this hostel and the price is perfect. :) Thanks for the good stay!
