4 Star Hotel, located a bit out of the centre but at the same time close enough to public transport.
By bus 49 you arrive almost in the centre; Otherwise at 900 Mt. There is the metro station (Green Line). With the Green Line you can Pete Rrushing around the ring of the Old Town of Vienna (the advice I only shot with that.
Entrance of the hotel with friendly and helpful staff, I state that the bar inside closes at 23.00 and then you can't request drinks.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
My stay was only two days but the service was impeccable.
The only downside I would put for not giving stars is the food, in my opinion poor.

Good hotel, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars. The shower is the worst part of the room because it's not well covered and you should lost about 2 minutes for setting the water to the right temperature. The Wi-Fi is free, but you have to sign in every 24 hours and if you disconnect from it when you reconnect to it you have to sign in once again.

The Hotel was very nice Instead the rooms and interiors are great, the only problem is poor quality food and served in excessive amounts.

Very cheap, friendly staff and well located! From there you can get to the city centre very quickly. Unfortunately, the Parkgarge extra… And not little:/

Double room acceptable. Impassable triple and quadruple rooms. Bad food. Discouraged.

Room was good and clean. Breakfast was also OK. But the staff there are very rude. We have a UK refiller there and I know how it usually works in other hotels. At the reception you usually always talk to the guest of the room… of course in English… and not me so I always have to translate it. After all, the host is the guest. We were bored showing how to log into the WLAN. Just put paper to fill and leave us damut alone. When we asked what, they looked at us unfriendly. So we had cheaper hotels with much better experiences. I certainly do not book this hotel again.

The hotel is decent but not on the level of a 4 star. There is no double bed in the double but two beds united, the TV is only in German. Having said that it has many other positives, it is comfortable quiet and clean. It's not very close to the center but 10 minutes to the Metro. It is recommended for those who want a reference point in Vienna, not for those looking for high class solutions.

Unfortunately very noisy. Choice between Autlärn from the busy road or railway shines with freight and express trains. A lot of Asian Busgäste and corresponding noise levels at the breakfast buffet. Except breakfast no serious food offer…

Terrible Wi-Fi in the roms 1/4 bars, overpriced parking 19 euro/day. Nice room and bathroom.

The rooms are OK for the price, not a luxury but clean, the breakfast was OK, plenty of choice, we stayed for the second time on business, but will not stay there again next time. 19 Euro underground parking fee per day I find inappropriate. The bill was confusing and rather inappropriate for business travellers.

Of the hotels included Breakfast was the most preferred. 4 stars, but went the cheaper of the three stars. Breakfast is good, lots of choice. Wifi strange because of the constant password — must be achieved in the browser page of the hotel for a login and password, which is not always easy to do. The hotel is close to the edge, but one of the best urban transport systems allows you to reach the centre in about 30 minutes.

Nice and clean room but hotel reception staff had no service mine. When I was here all hotel can’t watch television. Ask the staff he always said I don’t know. So what the bad service. No fixing or checking anything for customer. You have many choice to stay inVienna. But not here please.

Hotel with nice staff, rooms, clean, breakfast buffet plentiful and excellent, recommended!

Very nice, modern hotel, with very clean lobbies, hallways and rooms. Staff at the desk are very helpful and speak English, German and French. Underground parking is available for €20 per day, but it's still cheaper (and safer) than the local on-street parking. On-site sauna is very nice and the management is trusting (or brave) enough to let guests set the temperature and add their own water. Complimentary breakfast has plenty of variety and is kept very well stocked.

The room was really nice and clean and the over all stay was pleasant. But at the time of check-in, the guy at the reception asked us to pay the full amount for the stay which was quite unusual. Normally in most of the hotels if booked in advance we pay and clear all the bills at the time of check out. Also the receptionist was very rude and not ready to talk to the person who had booked the room for us. I am not sure whether full payment in advance is a must for all the people who stay there. If that's the case I humbly request the hotel to change that policy and if that was not the case then it was just plane rude behaviour by hotel staff which was a bad experience. Hence 2 stars.

On the Friday 2017/08/18, in the hotel lobby guide's bag was robbed, the front desk is very cold, the police also don't out of police, midnight there are people knocking at the door. There is no burglar-proof facilities in the door, there is security problem.

The hotel is awarded with 4 stars but it has earned a single star.
In a regular room price from €280, following points should not occur the night:
-The ceiling washlights in the room will only be the pulling of the plug connection on / off and the dimmer function is pure ornament.
-The hair dryer was broken, and until this was changed after repeated inquiries/complaints.
-The ventilation in the bathroom is time and not on demand and goes on at 06:00 and then iterates until about 22:00. Also, it is very loud and pulls one from sleep.
-A double bed are two pushed-together single beds with a 5 cm gap between them. This is not a double bed by my definition.
-The mini bar was not filled and even on demand, it was not replenished.
-Generally the room looks pretty worn out with tassels in the carpet.
-At breakfast already rolls and bread are all about 08:00 — buffet goes until 10:00 h — and only on demand here replenished. The coffee tastes with milk, or sugar and is lukewarm at most. The only positive is the purchased cake from the supermarket, this one can not complain about, apart from the fact that one might expect even a cake from the bakery at 4 stars.
The only positive point is the proximity to the nearest tram stop. Therefore I can only any rates at this hotel to avoid!

The hotel does not do justice at all its 4 stars. It is incredible that a double room costs nearly 300 euros the night! The double bed consists of two single beds pushed together and the Setup is already outdated. Personnel, you must repeatedly ask for everything, was really unfriendly to the part of the breakfast was really poor and the coffee was undrinkable.
Good transport links.
But ultimately, the hotel is not recommended.

Price is good, facilities ok but the gentleman at the front Desk, not my friend in the Sauna because the back burned because he leans on the backrest of the bench and therefore had a huge burn on the back as we made it to the receptionist he answered with only yourself to blame and as we walked in the room he lesterte with his colleagues at the bar about us impudence!

We were very satisfied. Particularly appealing are the courtesy of the staff was. All were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was excellent and rich. The room was not the newest, but it offers plenty of space — just like the bathroom. The price-to-performance ratio deserves a "excellent"

Everything was just fine. The rooms, the service and the food. Also people at the reception were always there to call a taxi, or to explain how to get to various places and for other questions/needs. Overall — very pleasant experience. Thank you, Kavalier Hotel team.

11/24. A five-star rating, because the room is big, bed is not like Europe, chain brand is too soft, just perfect for Chinese People's habits. Wi-Fi is free, Breakfast also good.

Pleaseee neverr book this hotel. This is the worst od the worst hotrl ı have evet stayed. Water is like frızen from the shower ı called the receptionist he was very rude. I asked him when you gonna solve the problem he said maybe tomorrow and dont discuss with me. I m used to stay in hotels maybe its 50times but please believe me this was the worst. And the quality is very bad. I havr paid 180eur pet night because ı havr already paid via booking otherwise even one second ı dont stay here. If your money is valuable dont book here, belirve me or not. I came here cery positive with my husband. We paid 180eur but we could not take even shower in this hotel, and they did not apoligise for this on the contrary they behave very veryy rude and they destroyed our mood and vacation. Please never book please.

Upon our arrival we spoke to two members of staff, I felt that they were unhelpful and to a point, rude. Whilst we arrived at 12pm, 2 hours before the check in, we were told not to return until 3.30pm because our room wouldn't be ready until then. I was not happy about this as we had paid for the room from 2pm. During the early morning approximately 7.00am a maid entered our room without knocking and then again at 7.30am. Whilst we did not have a "do not disturb" sign on our door I think this is common sense that you do not enter an occupied room so early on a Sunday morning, twice! I was most disappointed with the breakfast the next morning, as it seemed to be chaotic. When we entered the breakfast room there was nobody to show us to our table, not something that I would expect of a 4 star hotel. We found a table that had not been cleared and sat down. After 15 minutes the table was still not clear so I had to ask a member of staff who proceeded to clear the table but did not clean it. When we went to get our food from the self service area we came back to find another couple sat at our table. This could have been avoided if there was any kind of organisation within the restaurant. I was happy with the cleanliness of the room but overall disapointed.

Nice place, comfortably from the transport point of view, they have underground parking, friendly staff, no substantive remarks.

A good combination of quality and price. Nice breakfast! Pleasant staff. Proximity to Shonbrunn palace.

For the 5th time I have now been in this hotel, and every time I was absolutely satisfied. It is a well maintained, clean, modern House. The rooms are spacious, the beds tiptop. The lighting in the room and the bathroom are perfect. The location between rail and road has never bothered me: with the Windows closed can be little heard. The connection with the tram 52 to the West railway station is also good, but also the 49 to the ring is not too far away.
The breakfast buffet is the breakfast room rich, big, so no feeling the tightness also occur with many guests. If the hotel has 3 or 4 stars, is beside the point for me, since I never use the wellness offers.
The price — to-performance ratio is good, even super in the off-season months (such as November).

When it comes to accommodation, it was quite nice. I gave a bad rating because of couple of things. Kavalier hotel is next to the railway lines. It means a lot of noise particularly during the night, even if the window is closed. When it's open, it unbearable and you basically can't sleep without being woken up every time the train passed by. Another thing is that general pipeline system of the hotel. When it was turned on (around 9 am till 9 pm), we felt as someone was doing a vacuum cleaning next door. We requested a change of room and we were told, that hotel is fully booked. It was hard to believe as it was Monday and we could see a lot of rooms being cleaned after guests that left. It might have been truth though. Had hotel fixed all the problems (hard to imagine how to fix the proximity to the railway lines), it would had much better rating. However, due to mentioned things I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Arrived to find very friendly staff, room was very clean and spacious, hotel supplied a hot and cold breakfast, could do with a few more toasters though. Transport — tram 52 stops either side of hotel, busses just down the road, easy connections to main railway station.

I booked this hotel to spend one night flight overlay in Vienna, The hotel is approx 1 hours away of the Vienna Airport. First you need to take the Vienna Airport bus to its last station Westbahnhof in the center of the city (45-minute journey, departures every 30 minutes), then take the tram 52 to "Ameisgasse" in the direction of Baumgartner (15-minute journey). The stay was clean, and affordable near the city center, and I found no problem to get to the Vienna airport at 7:30 AM by reversing the same transport again. The breakfast was of a high standard and with a good variety. The only thing was the day receptionist, who was a non-friendly young lady.

I find the hotel very much in order. Yes, it is located between main road and railway tracks, but the price is also correspondingly low. You will anyway just to sleep in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is not quite 4 star but also ok.

You can recommend the hotel without hesitation! The only shortcoming which could meet some guests, is that a hotel site directly at the train station. That didn't bother me, but guests light sleepers should ask for a room on the other side.

It has not earned four stars, and for a getaway to Vienna, it is not recommended, because too far out. Cash is no longer open to 23 30, this time gets you nothing more. There is no room service, air conditioning was not adjustable, empty and with large bills you can't pay mini-bar at the front desk, because "today all card pay". : — (Staff very friendly, good and very lush, underground parking breakfast costs €16, even though you are on the road in this area without parking ticket can remain.
