Apart from having dusk all over the room yesterday, which was ok today. I just left the hotel for having a cigarette, the man at the reception couldn‘t remember me when I came back… me wearing a short skirt was treated as a prostitute. He shouted „good evening“ at me which I responded, he didn’t recognize. I went towards the elevator and he asked me if I have a room here looking at me in a very rude manor and asked me for my room number… this is a very rude behavior towards guests… very sad!

The staff are very responsive, go to meet willingly.

Really nice and personal service. The hotel was expecting me and had an upgraded room for me with a personal message. Room was great and staff were great.

Rooms are clean and spacious, location is excellent within a 12 min walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral, also 7 min walk to a subway station with lines and connections to any wagers in the city. There are restaurants and fast food stands around if you need to grab a bite late at night after a day of exploring.

Bit of a disappointing experience. I don't understand how this is a 4-star hotel. Everything the hotel provided was overpriced from €22 a day parking, €3.80 bottle of water and €16 breakfast.

City centre. Rooms clean, very well equiped. Frierdly and helpfull staff. Nice for 1-2 nights.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. The internet works great.
For four stars it might be better. Breakfast is monotonous. Equipment in the bathroom is outdated and does not change, leaks. It's not the first time I've been at this hotel.

Location is just outside the main town ring road and very convenient access to restaurants and shops. The staff were all very helpful, the rooms tidy and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Sometimes the finishes could be better, poorly laid ceiling plates, dust on the wallpaper above the bed (seen in the evening when the lamps are lit) good breakfast, staff do not hesitate to fill the dishes when they are empty. Many choices of breads.

Classic Mercure Hotel. Excellent location: in a very quiet street, but 100 meters from the historic centre of Vienna, 50 meters from the direct bus to the airport and 20 meters from the lively banks of the Danube Canal. The exterior façade of the hotel is antiquing, but the Interior is practical and typical mercury (breakfast, reception etc. ) with some Austrian touches (apfelstrudel at breakfast, grűner at the bar, etc). Courtyard. Some rooms are original as decorated by talented employees. For example ours was (nicely) tagged. Kettle, coffee, tea and safe in the room.

Good hotel… big rooms, cosy, breakfast included in room rent… good connectivity by public transport… very near to vanobe river… good for taking walk late evening on the bank… staff is very polite n helpful. Overall value for money :-)

Nice place to stay couple of nights in Vien. Very good located, in the city centre, where you can reach a lot of interesting places by foot. Staff is very kind, helpful and proffessional. The room was quite small but very cozy and clean, small bathroom, but it was ok. The breakfasts were tasty and the coffee was also good.

A small hotel that has good location but that should not be 4 stars since it has lots of details negative, I don't think I would return.

Vey kids friendly hotel. We asked for baby crib, and we also got kids toy in a bath :) very comfortable and big bed, great design room, with fridge, TV, cups and water heater. Breakfast very nice with chia puding, fresh carrot juice, vegetables and fruits :)

Good Central Hotel in Vienna. Friendly staff walking distance to St. Stephen's Cathedral only 5-10 min.
Unfortunately, construction works in the underground garage in the corridor (still until the end of February according to the statement of the hotel staff) are therefore TLW. Pretty noisy under the day in the house.

Very well located, 10 minutes from the centre. The rooms and the buffet breakfast great. In addition, you have next to the Bierteufl, brewery/restaurant where he was Beethoven, there you can get to the top of the food and beer.

Very cosy rooms. Staff are extremely obliging and friendly. Only minutes walk from the city center. If your here for the Christmas markets again very convient location. If your staying in Vienna this hotel is worth looking into. Amazing breakfast with free Wi-Fi. There's a pharmacy and SPAR supermarket just 2 mins walk. Excellent location. Had a great stay. Thanks.

Price/performance fits. Not the hoot but good location to get to the city centre on foot quickly.

Room 602 was also pleasantly quiet with open windows with respect to street noise. Very friendly staff at reception/bar!

A very warm welcome from the staff and mainly from Cristina main manager of the hotel who has been able to put at our disposal to answer our questions and give us explanations. Warm person who loves what she does. There is also an excellent atmosphere within the team. Comfortable hotel, well heated, the bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. We would highly recommend it to friends for the welcome and kindness of all and for the location.

Probably a little less well than other mercury, though very correct. Spacious room, perfect condition, Deco years 60… Breakfast quite ok except eggs and bacon not very hot. Wifi Flow too fair, the streaming "rowing" Situation excellent compared to the city center in total, for a week 135 euros at night, off tourist season… It's way too expensive for a very average room.

Good Hotel but parking costs 22 euros per day!

Friendly and fast staff at reception. Nice atmosphere in the rooms. Breakfast is standard. The mini bar is minimally equipped.

Very close to the city centre and walking distance from bus and tram station, danube is just at a skip from the hotel and cozy place with smiling faces.

Great location A 10 minutes walk to the cathedral St Etienne and 20mn of the opera, Hofbur everything done on foot except Schonnbrun, take the Pass Vienna (60 attractions with cut file) including the bus on hop off unlimited A stop is planned 5 minutes from the hotel in the street Morzinpla TZ, as well as a bus connecting the airport to the same place for €8 the trip home of the hotel friendly staff, smiling even if he does not speak French, good value for money contemporary comfortable room, bath, hairdryer, cable TV, very good Very good breakfast.

The location is really great. It is easy to reach everywhere (also on foot). However, our room was a bit stale and musty.

Great hotel very conveniently located in the heart of Vienna, and very close to the train station. Very good mid-scale hotel, rooms are a bit small though.

Good Hotel. Not very much to do there but clean and in good condition. Also very close to the city center (about 15 min to the famous Peterskirche). Good Turkish Food next to the hotel — besides Kebab you can also buy "Wiener Schnitzel" there for about 6€.

We had long weekend here. Very easy to get to by bus from airport. Train stop only 100 metres further. Town centre was 10 minute walk. Hotel staff were brilliant. We had a room at back of hotel, not the most spacious room but we found it as advertised, everything was spotless including the shower/bath the bed was excellent. Our first choice when we return to Vienna. The whole place was very clean. Thanks.

Great location! You cant go wrong with the location. However from price point of view you can get many hotels from the Accor group with better facilities. During peak seasons rooms can be as expensive as EUR 200+ Taxes a night!

Hotel very well situated, close to the historic area. The beds are comfortable and the staff attentive, although to speak Spanish nothing, even so, I would repeat without hesitation.

Great location, convienent to all amenities. Our room maybe a little small but hey you're not in it all day. Our bed was great also was the bathroom. Yes I would stay here again and would recommend it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great market down the road. Thank you.

Hotel a 5-minute walk from the city centre. It was a very nice hotel. Only thing: The bathroom maybe would need to be renovated to be in line with the style of the room.

Booked through Hotwire, for that I expect no upgrade of but at least a room of the chosen category. The staff is very nice and for €10 pN get a renovated room. Pretty small but at least clean and not lived out. The "standard"room (not renovated) correspond to not 4 * standard.

Overall not bad, only there is no Wi-Fi-Internet only through a wire. About food will not say anything. Try not happened. In room good and quiet air conditioning.
