I am staing at mercure Zentrum for a week, we really had a nice time, I have to thank the reception staff especially katharina, Kerstin and Gulia they are all friendly and helpfull, also Gina and Laura at the coffee shop they are so friendly and cooperative, I recommend the hotel for anyone visiting vienna.

It is a very good option close to the city Center. Modern design, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, polite service… In each room they offer one bottle of water free of charge.

Great location, very central. Staff really friendly and spoke English well. Really helpful with my elderly in-laws. Rooms good for the price — a good value mid range hotel.

Small rooms, reasonable prices, mini fridge, friendly staff, would come again.

It was a very nice Hotel. Do not speak French and restaurant very expensive and incompetent server.

Near the metro. It has 9 floors (I recommend the ninth floor in terms of silence). The personnel doesn't speak English well and includes words in German but they are friendly. The cleaning of the room is nice. The breakfast is fine but not too variate. It is very close to the city center so you can get around by walking.

Very good attention, service and location. I want to underline the excellent disposition of a lady in reception called Naomi who not only helped us much by speaking Spanish (condition not very common in Austria) but at the request of my husband made partner establishments Acord.

Excellent attention… on the arrival at the fourth surprise you with a few details very cute…

Clean and warm, water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, front desk personnel 10/10, restaurant personnel 6/10, breakfast not recommend, better go to a nice Vienna coffee or even Starbucks around the corner.

The hotel is very centrally located just a few meters from the subway station Sweden Square. The room was small but very clean and adequate. There was a great Fühstücksbuffet and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. The price-performance ratio was absolutely OK and I would recommend the Mercure for a weekend break or seminar stay in any case.

Very nice and clean hotel and friendly staff. A star deduction as in the baths toilet a glass sliding door is equipped with an approx. 10 cm hole to slide.

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed in, great placement, I would totally recommend it for a nice citybreak in Wien.

The location of the hotel was great. The room is large enough with a very nice bathroom. It had water in the minibar and a kettle to make tea or coffee. The choice at breakfast was top! Whether hot scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, various juices and bread. It was as good as anything. The coffee was also served extra. The service staff was also always friendly and hugely helpful as someone of us got sick! The hotel was definitely worth its price:-)

Hyper "Central" address that allows you to walk in all Vienna on foot. Room clean and nice (although not very large). Breakfast is good but not very varied. Good value for money nonetheless.

Excellent stay for our anniversary. Rooms are small but well equipped. Location is fantastic to see all the main sites in Vienna. Couldn't fault it.

Wet cell stinks of sewerage and reception doesn't care. Got a chocolate bar. Zero discount and zero accommodating.

Rooms are small, but you only wash and sleep there. Not much noise from outside at night so all you need for a visit. Excellent location and lovely, efficient staff. Would happily stay there again.

Rooms are very small but well appointed. We were at the front and it was noisy at night. Very central — most sites were within walking distance. Excellent staff who remembered I was gluten free, very impressive. I would recommend it to others because of the central position. Building works still going on in November!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vienna, the rooms and the services are of a high standard.

Don't stay here if you're claustrophobic! Rooms are the size of a closet. And a double occupancy room means you have to push apart a double bed into two singles. Two very small singles. Otherwise the hotel is nice and accommodating. There is construction across the street which is annoying but the area is perfect and the minibar is free — which I've never encountered before! They also launder your clothes if needed.

Excellent location but there was construction across the street with jack hammering at 6 AM in the morning which made it difficult to sleep. That kind of work should not start until at least 8 AM. It is difficult to pay for a place to sleep and not be able to sleep thru the whole time.

As soon as I can I host in a Hotel of the Accor Group or Novotel or Mercure because I know I think quality. The +, the place near downtown, underground private parking paying (€22 a night, a little expensive for my taste), very friendly, great breakfast and very helpful staff. —, A lamp was not working, the safe did not work because someone has removed the battery, air conditioning made a weird noise (as if he would fall from the ceiling), suspicious stains on the walls, defective shower hose and the sliding door of the bathroom did not shut properly. That's a lot-for a hotel of this category. The next stay in Vienna will certainly be in a Novotel or see a Sofitel.

Wonderful experience. Excellent breakfast, very warm and caring hotel staff and very helpful. Superb Wifi and this place is almost at the heart of this beautiful city making travel nearby a fun and exciting experience.

Of course, the location is top. Yet it is not too loud, because the Windows are tight. The establishment is usual — chic and good — as in this chain.
The whole thing is of course a proud price.

The hotel is in the centre, not far from the subway. Stayed for a few days, completely satisfied. Negative, does not work Wi-Fi.

Positive: location is one is in just a few minutes on the Stephen's Cathedral and in the Centre of the city. The hotel has a good location, unfortunately the nightclub at the hotel is very noisy. The room should to let man at night. Unfortunately the technical devices such as night lamps was with us and damaged was not all repaired while desk lamps but still. The breakfast and the room is a little small and the food seemed to be not quite fresh. The staff is committed. The food is it's more expensive in the restaurant to recommend to work in the Center to find a pleasant atmosphere and the charm of the city.
Conclusion: In the whole is the price justified is unfortunately not a compromise to go as experienced.

We were in Christmas time in this Hotel. It is near the Dome and in the middle of the city. You have all possibilities to go by the tube into all directions. We visit the "palazzo" and some christmas markets. For shopping you can walk down the Rotenturmstrasse to the Graben and the Kärntnerstrasse. Or you go by tube to the Westbahnhof and go down the Mariahilferstrasse. So the rooms were nice, but in the night if you prefer to open the window it was loud, because the "Bermuda Dreieck" is below the hotel. So many drunken people scream. But all in all it is a nice hotel with vienna charme. We enjoyed our short trip to vienna.
