Pros: good location next to tram and underground station. Newish building and furnishings. Large apartment. AEG equipment in kitchenette. Cons:. Staff very rude and poor service. Asked for some sugar sachets and was made to feel like a beggar. Never got any. Will never go to any adagio properties again.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I stayed an apartment, which doesn’t offer any room service. For a 2 day stay it was okay and in general a good idea! Breakfast could be a little more exclusive, like offering fresh fruits. From hotel to airport it takes approx. 35-40 minutes by cab. Which costs about 40 euro. A bus transfer is also possible for 8 € or 13€ with return. Bus Stop is 10 min Foot Walk from Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful doorman. Studio and bathroom clean, only the carpet has stains. Great views from the 7th floor. Everything is perfect, happy again.

Very good value for the price, the rooms with kitchenette and for example ironing board for a relaxed Stadterkundundung suitable. Sauna, fitness included and modern. Nice room. Location on the upper Danube, ideal to reach fusslaeeufig everything in the first district.

We’ve stayed at the hotel as part of our honeymoon vacation around Europe, the staff were very nice and generous, the rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is equipped as well as you can expect. We will definitely book in other Adagio Hotels in our future vacations. Highly recommended!

Great location… It's close to Wein Mette. Team station is just outside the hotel and the subway/metro is small walk down the road. The hotel is a apartment hotel so expect a kitchen attached to it. We got a room on the top floor. As it was the loft the room had small windows. But the view was great. We could see the river right from the room.

A very nice aparthotel with spacious rooms and a small kitchenette (only check the kettle before use). Very nice staff, who also meet extra requests and always answer helpful questions.

Ideal hotel to discover the city, located between Prater and the old town, just a few steps away from the Danube. Nice, comfortable studios with large bathroom and kitchenette.
An excellent breakfast buffet is offered and a nice sauna area is also available.

Room was very clean and well laid out. Great location and easy to get to from the airport train. It was nice to have a kitchenette. There were a few minor nitpicks: No spatula, toaster, and the frying pan was warped and had lost its non-stick coating.

Except for the fact that the windows could not be opened, everything, starting from the friendly staff at the reception to the cleanliness and furnishing of the room was absolutely top. Free Wi-Fi, free sauna. Only €14 for breakfast was a bit excessive. Still recommended.

I would highly recommend it for families. Very good value for money.

Nice rooms with very nice staff! Was a pleasure living there, modern bathroom. The mattress was a little uncomfortable, and it costs extra for room cleaning. If you don't have enough towels, all you have to do is ask and they'll give you more. Nice breakfast!

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. The façade is not the most beautiful in Vienna but it is so beautiful in the interior. The beds are good and you don't get anything from the traffic. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful with the famous Viennese charm the one and checkout ran smoothly. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and for everyone whether vegan or sausage lover. On the tables are always 2 carafes with orange juice and mom and the tables are very nicely covered. Special thanks I would like to tell the lady who took care of the breakfast buffet and their guests. She has created a very pleasant atmosphere with her amiable being and lovingly cared for everything that has taken place.

Very nice staff.

Lovely apartment with great links to the city and train station. It's very central and you can walk to many places or catch an uber as it's cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful My only feedback would be better pillows, as they were quite flat and uncomfortable. Apart from that its a fantastic place and we'd stay again.

Stayed in a top floor delux twin studio apartment. Very modern and clean. Amazing views of the water and city. 10 mins walk from airport bus stop. Next to no 1 and 2 tram stops and around a 3 min walk to Schwedenplatz underground station on line 1. You can walk to many sites from here too. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay was in the apartment. This included a safe, fridge, iron and board, TV, hairdryer, microwave etc. Free Wi-Fi, thay actually worked. The beds were comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was modern. The water pressure was a bit temperamental at time though and the sink was a bit slow draining, but these were the only niggles, everything else was spot on. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, supplying us with extra pillows, a bin bag and clean towels when requested, and they even gave us more loo rolls without requesting them too. The area felt very safe at night and we even took a walk down by the water and felt fine.

It's a service apartment so no daily room service. The room we got has no exhaust fan for cooking despite the fact that they made us sign an agreement to turn on the fan when we cook which failing to do so might trigger the fire alarm and we would be fined 500 Euro. Also, the only window in the room was small and it is sealed so it can be quite stuffy at times which we did not enjoy. The breakfast was blah and cost 14 Euro which I personally think is a bit of a rip off. Other than the issues mentioned above, the room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette. Location was not bad and it's easy to reach by tram from Wien Central Train Station.

This hotel is at a great location and the room is decent. However, the starts are extremely condecending, unhelpful, and lack of knowledge of both of the hotel as well as the City. I don't feel like they are treating me as a customer, they talk to me as if they are more superior and as if I am not welcome. Don't stay here!

Room was good size but filled with superfluous pices of Ikea type furniture. Breakfast was around a makeshift large breakfast bar that was used for guests to use at night as a self catering type get together. Very odd. Location was best thing about the hotel.

Except the typical carpet characteristic of Anglo-Saxon countries, accuracy in cleanliness, service, great welcome.

Clean and cheap for the imperial city.

Looks from the outside like a building from the 70's. Not particularly full of jewelry but at least many and large Windows, which is but not so ideal if one inhabited a room towards ring or Lände (both 3-4-lane roads), and erbauter which is probably already thoughts have made the noise insulation. The Urania (an Astronomical Observatory from the 19 th century. ) And the adjacent former war Department had not lost without the hotel shine! Hypnotiesierend the highly visible UNIQA Tower lights close to the whole night, which turn on the night light in the room due to human needs eliminates the need! I suppose that everywhere as well as eye masks are available free of charge at the reception, otherwise is also a pharmacy opposite, where they can meet their needs (information regarding night services is available in the Internet)! We were in May 2011. Everyone really enjoyed it. Cozy, comfortable. Located on the ring of streets around the central part of Vienna. Close to the Airport Express station. If the room has a fully equipped kitchen breakfast we didn't order (BILLA in 5-minute).
