During the winter period, access may be difficult when there is a large amount of snow. Guests recommend using a four-wheel drive (4x4) vehicle or carrying snow chains to ensure a safe arrival.

The hosts are described as very sweet, friendly, and helpful, with one guest mentioning receiving a small farewell gift. However, some visitors encountered a language barrier as they did not speak German, although this did not hinder communication or the quality of service.

The apartments are very spacious, bright, and perfectly clean; the photos fully correspond to reality. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and a heating system with adjustable temperature settings. The kitchens are very well-equipped with tableware, stoves (including induction), and dishwashers, although a few guests noted the absence of a microwave oven. Some rooms are fitted with blackout curtains, but one guest indicated that they let in a lot of light.

Some apartments feature a Finnish sauna in the bathroom, which heats up very quickly. Please note that the use of the sauna may be subject to an additional charge.

This is an excellent place for families with children: there is a playground on the premises, a play area within the apartments, and many animals around (cows, goats, deer, squirrels). Guests note that children are absolutely delighted by the farm stay. However, it should be kept in mind that the smell from the cows can be quite strong.

Upon arrival, guests receive an AktivCard (or Phyrn-Priel Karten), which allows free access to local programs and lifts, providing significant budget savings. Additionally, fresh milk and bread can be purchased directly from the host's cowshed every morning.
