This place wasn't terrible but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Very basic. No double beds just twin rooms. No air con. Restaurant/bar was shut the whole time. Breakfast had a fairly reasonable selection and it catered for vegans. Close to JKU (10mins walk). Close to tram route. Close to shops. Fairly pleasant location in general.

Good place both for a short stay like to reside there.

Never stay in this hotel. It is not even a hotel, it is a dormitory. The internet is not working and I called them every day they neither fixed it nor change the room. The staff is not polite neither. The room is really cold. The heating is not working properly and you can barely fit in the bathroom. Never stay here.

A few minutes walk from transport links, simple rooms, nice stay.

Whenever you arrive as a traveller is a room to have friendliest people. Wi-Fi is great. Parking spaces are available free of charge and are always sufficient for vans.

Pretty decent dormitory and hotel. It is close to the University and both tram and bus stations. The lake is 10min walk from it.

It is cheap because it is used for students of the Johanes Kepler University.

When I lived there I there was the option of single or double studebti rooms with shared kitchen on each floor. Great because it ensured privacy but also the opportunity to know and live with other students in an international atmosphere. Sauna. Pool. Tool room ok. Use of the laundry … a nightmare … was better supervise their cloths.

Price worth. Not nice, but gig enough and clean rooms.

The summer house hotel is a student residence in the rented some rooms 'Hotel' for guests of the universities. As a result, the rooms have the charm of a dorm room. The bathroom in my room consists of a full plastic part, orange, from the 60s. Everything is clean. Bed linen has holes, isn't the lamp in the hallway, anywhere along the corridors, it stinks after the various cooking odors. You can smell the swimming pool set in the same House until the 6th floor (chlorine smell which pulls up through the elevator shafts).
No recommendation. Little further is "Harry's home", where you better lives for money also to several classes. Why, the summer house to have earned 3 star has not opened up to me. Maybe in the 60s/70s.
