Last night I was with my girlfriend on the search for a hotel and tried our luck at the city hotel. We had no reservation, but a long journey had behind us, 2 kids and simply wanted to bed. What followed but after ringing a couple of times on a bell with the inscription "without reservation" is made, is not only outrageous, but also totally incomprehensible. The guy who has reported after 10 minutes of waiting, finally, was not only unfriendly, but spoke in a tone I have not experienced it yet. Unfortunately, I cannot say whether the said person, the boss or an employee. We are with 2 children left and not because no rooms were free, but because the guy had slept. You didn't have the opportunity to explain the Situation, because no-one has reported, after he claimed with a sleepy/pissed-off voice almost, there is no room more would be free! As I had selected the phone number of the hotel to speak with someone who can help us has been lifted, and then the listener without answers laid aside. A treatment like this is not acceptable and I hope that said employee loses his job! Someone who has so little clue in dealing with people, has lost in this position. Should it not be the chief, what I hope, he should be ashamed of themselves! Each of this "hotel" is the most visited self-blame.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice coffee and a reasonable selection of breakfast items. My room included a desk and armchair as well a safe for valuables. The hotel has retained some of its historic features in places but has a bright modern feel throughout. It is located in a pretty area of the town, not far from the main square.

What I can say is just so so, because I found they had not clean the bed when I checked in. It was very dirty then. I called house keeping to change all bedclothes.

Very wide, clean and comfortable rooms. The only drawback is that the reception is not open 24 hours.

Spacious, clean room. Unfortunately no incidence of light through the large Windows (a few meters to equal the next tall buildings) unfortunately no Wi-Fi, and hardly handyempfang in the room. breakfast was quite ok. Nice, helpful staff. price/performance is alright.
