TL DR, Just book it.
Long story short, Helmut is one of the best hostesses i've ever met!
The room is wonderful with a private bathroom and a nice balcony, but the real show is Mr. Helmut.

Best ski holiday of our lives! The chalet is really close to the start of the world cup slalom slope and we could even come back skiing to the main door. We also loved the sauna after a long ski day.

It was simply amazing when I went there and I would definitely recommend this place to others. The Forest around it is gorgeous and there is good hiking nearby.

Gasthof Elisabeth is one of Bad Aussee's finest gems. The building is steeped in history, morphing from hotel/spa to schoolhouse to guesthouse over the years.

I loved staying here. The room was quite comfortable, the food and wine were delicious, but above all the staff here were so kind and welcoming.
