Hotel with somewhat dated furnishings, but with clean and spacious room and bathroom, friendly and kind receptionist. They provided us with free bathrobes and towels for the loipersdorf spas. If we had stayed 2 nights we would also have had a discount for entry. Breakfast varies and plentiful. Dinner agreed in. In front of the property with only 14 euros each, soup of the day, beefier buffet, unique dish of choice, dessert of the day. Recommended.

A very family-friendly Hotel that has been in the Years with a very friendly Staff and great Breakfast buffet … We like to come back.

Unfortunately some old all Tennis Court was tlw broken and uneven eating and kellner very good room up on room 117 very bad.

Four stars at the hotel probably flatter too much, the stirring certainly still from times of opening, but all in all a good value for money, therefore there is very little to criticize (state of the inventory, some small bathroom with only one displaced outlet And an even more displaced klorollen holder).
The staff did not do a bad job, some were nice and the others really nice!
The location of the hotel is also quite good, to reach the spa was by car now no problem, the surrounding restaurants, wine taverns, bushes, the hotel's fireplace room included, are also easily accessible and recommended.
Biggest bonus of the hotel stay was the very rich breakfast with tasty buns, delicious sausage, eggs, bacon, jams etc. So everything your heart desires. The only downside there was the coffee (had not been served so poorly tasting anymore), but that is then also whining at a high level.
All in all a pleasant stay, recommended for a short break!

The staff were very helpful. Hotel facilities from the 90 's. Breakfast Top! Wellness at the time of my stay defective. Thermal baths can be reached by car more quickly.

Five stars are available for breakfast alone! The staff very friendly and the room was clean! Like to come back.

Personally, I didn't like it. It was all clean, but I expected more. The night was the horror; You could hear every rinse (toilet) and the breakfast buffet wasn't too big either.

A beautiful hotel. A super good breakfast and even if you pay up, dinner. The staff are very friendly. Even the small wellness very clean.

Check in was smooth and friendly. The lady at the reception was so friendly and explained all the details. Hotel looks a bit old and doesn't give a feeling of a 4 stars place. This is solid 3 stars hotel. Otherwise our room 113 was clean and with nice view. The breakfast was ok to meet 3 stars but far from 4 stars. Vegetarian choice is very poor. Almost no fruits in August. Apples and water melon. I asked for some more fruits and got one banana! Very nice. See photos for details.

Quiet location, good for sports and relaxation. The rooms are a bit old, but clean! Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

A new management team came in January 2010 and renovated the hotel, inside and out. Since then, it has been renovated, other areas in the low season closed (April / May and November 2011). The new reception welcomes guests. The gardens have been mapped been and look great. Rooms with views of the countryside and mountains, the staff always chat and help us if you can. Tourist Office 500 m there is a large restaurant, the full meals and a cocktail bar. Walks can be arranged.
