flexymotel Spielberg

Yes, the motel offers free parking. Guests note that street parking is available adjacent to the property, with plenty of parking spaces.

Check-in and check-out are self-service via a terminal or app, allowing guests to arrive at any time of day or night. Some guests find this system quick and easy, while others describe it as inconvenient and complicated. If issues arise with the terminal, assistance is available by phone. One guest reported a highly negative experience where their booking was simply cancelled due to overbooking and the customer service was unhelpful.

Breakfast is a simple self-service buffet served from refrigerated units. The selection includes fresh pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and juices, as well as a coffee machine for cappuccino. However, guest reviews of the breakfast are mixed: some find it adequate and of good quality, while others describe it as sparse, meager, and limited. Guests have noted a lack of vegetables, vegan, and vegetarian options, as well as the absence of the advertised gluten-free items. On weekends, breakfast begins only at 7:30 AM, which is inconvenient for Red Bull Ring staff.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the motel, which guests describe as good.

The beds are generally described as comfortable, spacious, and cozy. However, many guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the pillows, describing them as too large, hard, small, or thin. In some cases, staff assisted by replacing them with feather pillows upon request.

Most guests rate cleanliness very highly, describing the rooms as spotless. However, there are occasional complaints regarding insufficiently clean bathrooms and housekeeping only being provided upon special request. Instances of missing towels on the first night and empty shower gel dispensers were also reported.

In some rooms, guests encountered issues with not being able to adjust the room temperature independently. It was also noted that the water in the bathroom might not be hot enough, likely due to energy-saving restrictions.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with large walk-in showers and, in some cases, bathtubs. However, the decor is described as very minimalist and "sparse," featuring only the essentials. In the motel's common areas, complimentary water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are available 24/7.

Opinions about the staff are mixed. Some guests appreciate the team's attentiveness and assistance with resolving issues, such as providing extra pillows. Others, however, complain about the lack of on-site staff (giving the impression of "sleeping in a parking garage"), incompetence during booking cancellations, and a lack of responsiveness to requests.

Some guests reported maintenance issues: difficulties with the toilet flush (having to wait 30 minutes between flushes), a leaking shower, and a slow flush mechanism.
