➜ One person in the group fell ill and wanted to cancel 3 days in advance.
Reference was made immediately and unkindly to the general hotel contract terms. In fact, the entire room rate had to be paid minus breakfast. Attempts to argue were immediately stopped with very harsh answers.
I still understand the cancellation fee, but by no means the way of communication!

➜ Very clean and well-equipped hotel directly opposite the train station. Sufficient parking and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was more than sufficient thanks to the buffet and was always replenished quickly. I'm happy to come back.
