Quite great hotel, with pleasant ambience. The rooms are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The food is excellent, during our stay we were looked after exclusively by very very friendly staff!
The highlight for us was the professional execution of the cross-country skiing camp with Lisi Schrenk! Our expectations were exceeded by far! For sure we will be back! We are happy and full of conviction to recommend this house!

Great place for the whole family! The Dachstein Suite is incredibly spacious, the view of the Planai breathtaking. The indoor pool is open from 06:00-24:00 and delights with a view of the countryside. Culinary as well recommended! Mrs. Raudner from the reception noticed us particularly positively — had our summer cards already ready and late check-out without additional costs was no problem at all. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, our holiday at Falkensteiner Schladming was far below our expectations.
The only positive thing was the breakfast with a great offer and the eager reception staff.
In our area in the restaurant, apart from Marijo, there were apparently no specialist staff. The food was mostly cold and very tasteless, by no means 4 stars S like! The maids were also very inaccurate or visibly unloving or badly schooled?!
We like to go on holiday in the region, but certainly no longer in the Falkensteiner Schladming.

A great hotel with great service, highly recommended, we are always happy to come back.

This is without doubt the best hotel in the area. Stylish and modern architecture but done in a rustic chic that fits perfectly into the traditional setting. Very friendly staff and the restaurant is excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool and the wellness area are outstanding.

Super hotel. Nothing to do, eat perfect, nice service, with great wellness area and very dog friendly! It's only 4 out of 5 stars because unfortunately I find it a bit expensive. But if you want to have a top hotel in Austria, you just have to spend a little more.

A beautiful hotel — top service friendly and courteous as well as attentive — after the second day it was noticed what I like to drink for Kaffeespwzialitäten and I had it automatically on the table — great buffet. Room very clean and comfortable — the bathroom is a dream.

Visited the spa. Beautiful facilities and perfect to relax after skiing the entire day. We went after 16:30, so only had to pay 20 euros per person.

The hotel is great. Friendly staff the SPA is cozy and modern ice up the pool is something small but very modern and cozy very much space to rest. Water bed and so and the kitchen super so really good.

We rested with my husband. This is the best hotel we've ever been to. Everything is top notch, the premium hotel, breakfasts and dinners are delicious, the dinners are varied, the serve is beautiful, the service is pleasant. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which also has an outdoor pool. The design of the hotel and the room itself is modern, a lot of wood, there is a flavoring in the hotel) ) The location is excellent, near the slopes, lifts, we advise you to go to the Dachstein Glacier. Be sure to come back here again.

Beautiful hotel in Schladming with very nice wellness area with large indoor and outdoor pool. A large garden with loungers. It is nice that the wellness area has open until 10 p. M. The rooms are large, very nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast is not so extensive but there is something of everything there. The buffet dinner hasn't carved us off the stool but is ok. But we felt very comfortable because the hotel corresponds exactly to my idea. The bar is quite nice and you can end the evening comfortably.
The hotel is relatively central. From this you will need another 30 minutes to get to the Dachstein. Since the area is a stronghold for climbing, I would come back at any time.

First Time very good.
Second Time not like that.
Rooms not as ordered (with Bathtub), permanent Drip bush over the TOILET. But the Staff did nothing.
Restaurant: Food well The Location of the Tables and guests were not properly regulated by Staff.
Too loud to understand his Counterpart.
Despite very loud Entertainment, the Staff did not shout in, so only one leaving the Restaurant was possible.
The next Day what the warm Water switched off, just Cold Water.
Departure at 0700.
Breakfast at MCi was better and more enjoyable.
Don't come anymore.

Absolute satisfaction, exceptional cuisine, beautiful rooms, splendid spa and very friendly staff. Very pleased to return to Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming.

Warm and cozy hotel. Very nice. Service was always proffessional and helpful. Spa is great. They have 3 rooms for rest, two swimming pools of which one is outside, 4 saunas… Excellent. Dinner is also excellent and comes in 5 meals.

Great Hotel with an attractive Design, good food and attentive staff.
