The rooms are attractively equipped and offer a great view of the surrounding mountains.
The breakfast is extensive, the service prompt and extremely friendly. If possible, extra requests will be fulfilled promptly. Come back on occasion.

Very friendly staff (especially restaurant and reception) and good gastronomic offer especially in the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect! The rooms are well equipped (Nespresso etc. ) with balcony and also for our dog everything was there. Interesting golf course, not quite easy with some blind holes and often slope.

All good except that they dont give you the opportunity to iron your stuff. We came for event and had a lot of cloth and could not iron anything. Of course hotel offers this service but if we would let to iron everything it would cost us more than the whole stay.

Too bad we could only stay one night. Fabulous rooms, food, views. If I ever go back to Austria, I would want to stay here again.

Style and grace in perfection

Have been able to spend a wonderful time here in an idyllic atmosphere. The whole facility is simply fantastic!

Already on arrival, which leads through a fantastic landscape, you start to leave everyday life and look forward to a special experience. In no way will you be disappointed here! Everything fits at the highest level, the staff is exemplary, and then the rooms! A fabulous journey into another time, but with the stylish comfort of today! Details are also taken into account here and thus earn more than 5 stars, but unfortunately they do not exist!

The area leaves nothing to be desired! Whether hiking, walks or sports activities. Here you can implement just about everything in a wonderful way.

It was a perfect weekend where everything fit. Hotel, room, food and spa area are at their finest.

A great Ambience. We were breakfast For Sparkling wine. Superbly super munched. I can highly recommend it.

We spent a very nice weekend in this charming castle. We had a Junior Suite room that left nothing to be desired. Breakfast and dinner were without doubt beyond doubt. In the large spa area you could regenerate forces again for new challenge. We like to come back.

We have been coming for many years to Pichlarn — constant highest quality in service, breakfast and wellness offer as well as the generous size of the rooms in great design and fantastic views make this hotel!

Very nice staff. Breakfast and dinner are the hammer, lots of choice and always fresh. Spa area very pleasantly quiet. Everything you want! Very small criticism: outside pool could be a little warmer, but everything else top. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Criticism: Extra charge for breakfast and if you are offered half board by the staff, this includes only dinner and no breakfast. So not really half board. The hotel is unique because of its history and therefore it is exciting to stroll through the many corridors and rooms and to discover new treasures again and again! The staff is unsophisticated friendly and extremely helpful. The fact that the entire hotel, the rooms, the restaurants and the wellness area are very clean, is at 5 * self-evident.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel in January. My friend gave it to me for my birthday and booked a junior suite with a Mountain view. It was a beautiful 3 days. Everything is really made with love and very very pleasant. Be it the design of the room, the restaurant — with very good food or the spa area. I would visit it again at any time and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the beautiful days!

Beautiful hotel with very competent staff. The service staff can only be commended. They are extremely attentive, patient and courteous. Breakfast was a dream! The spa area is huge and heavenly. I would particularly like to highlight the masseuses who have conjured away my tensions. Overall, it was a wonderful time at the Hotel Schloss Pichlarn. I can only recommend it to others.

Great House — like spent New Year's Eve there and could enjoy the excellent 7-course Dinner. Also the Vocaldente Show and Moderation by Hera Lind, the Fireworks, the Photobooth were a lot of Fun. Live Dance music with Andreas Konrad, rousing Karaoke until well after Midnight rounded off the Evening. SPA Area, Breakfast Buffet, Restaurant, cosy Bar and beautiful Location allow only one Conclusion: We'll be back! Many Thanks to the Team led By Director Engelbert Lainer-Wartenberg.

Where This Hotel has its 5 Stars is a Mystery to me. In a nutshell: Lay Out Your Hotel in such a way that all Guests with whom You earn Money also have a Place in the Restaurant in the Evening. If this is not possible, take the Food from the Restaurant to the Bar or at least let the Guests reserve there (Flexibility is called that) because they have a panic of driving To the Restaurant 30 km away In the event of a Snowstorm. Service STAFF SUPER nice, always smiling but hopelessly overwhelmed (3 Times 1 Serving of Scrambled eggs ordered at Breakfast-never came!, just as the Coffee, clearing the dirty Plate Duration about 45 Minutes, 4 Gin tonics 45 minutes …) I dared to address the Mr Hotel Manager, he was kind of sorry. Short. But then it went straight on with a Report on the great Sales that the Hotel is constantly posting … What a pity. It is Really a pity for this actually very nice Place (except the Spa Area, which belongs renovated and the Outdoor Pool in Winter perhaps heated really warm?! )

So in Principle the House is very nice: The Rooms (especially the renovated Suites and the new Spa Suites) are really very nice, also the Staff is extraordinarily friendly. In principle, I also think the Spa is super beautiful. The House has grown a bit, so it seems congested in some Places. Tip: Food and Breakfast on the ZImmer, rarely seen So dedicated Room-service. Yes, the Price is noticeable in the Details, sometimes the staff, sometimes the Quality or the last 10% are saved. But: Accordingly, room Rates are also cheap. And because of this: A perfectly fair Thing, if you know why you pay little.

Stay from 12 December 12, 2017 — 01 January 2018 The hotel is beautifully located and the rooms are in themselves absolutely fine.
Unfortunately, it is over again with the positive aspects that a stay here entails.
The service is a serious disaster and unfortunately does not even correspond to the youth hostel level: — ordered dishes and drinks had to be abandoned several times, only to be brought either not at all or extremely late.
— dog droppings in the hotel corridors (dog-friendly hotel, but unfortunately unable to provide adequate hygiene) — room service was only carried out after twice an invitation, as at first simply forgotten — On the first evening the restaurant was fully booked, Why you had to eat in the bar (unfortunately you were not communicated beforehand and met with a lot of guests sour) — spa area very lovelessly furnished and unfortunately not very inviting — outdoor pool far too cold and outdated — When checking out and due to check the bill, here Services are often charged too much that have never been sourced.
We are still waiting for our coffee ordered at breakfast and if you want to have a nice, relaxed, romantic holiday, avoid this hotel as much as possible!
The price corresponds to a 5 * hotel (200-400 €/night), the hotel and its infrastructure itself is at 4 * level, service and staff at 1 * level — here unfortunately fits little to nothing.
Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended!

Pleasant ambience; Very friendly attentive service personnel, everyone is trying very hard; Very large beautifully furnished rooms with sufficient bathroom cosmetics; SPA area with large indoor and outdoor pool and enough loungers. Fruit is available all day for free collection. Breakfast buffet is great. Dinner is excellent. You feel comfortable.

Excellent service — restaurant staff very attentive; Starting from the Maitree Mr. Boege about the excellent sommelier Mr. Ebner and the very friendly Commis Richard. In the SPA area, you always feel comfortable. Spa therapists Gerda, Sabine and Jasmin were excellent — thank you. The entire FO team including. The Porter fulfill every wish. I'm already looking forward to my next holiday.

Excellent service, breakfast is almost impossible to beat, leaves nothing to be desired. Fairytale castle. Spa is very private and clean. Just perfect!

We were impressed by the beautiful square, meadows trees maintained roads, a small heated pool, all around a beautiful mountain landscape. Beautiful, great free sites, modern + clean sanitary installations, washing place for car, chemo toilet, washing machine + dryer, everything was there. Pleasant neighbors, lunch + sleep have been met. The place was friendly + to each information ready. Snack bar + kiosk were on the square. Supplying in the city + in the neighbouring municipalities was perfect, it has what we need nothing. We've been here 1 week, it really liked us, also the price was O. K. The tranquility + privacy belong just in Austria, we liked that. We come here probably still here.
