The location is good, right next to the main train station — this might get a bit loud if your room is facing the train tracks.

The best hotel on our four day train trip around the Alps. Great rooms, and loved everything about the lobby and dining room. Specially the design and colors!

A lovely hotel in the heart of Graz. Comfortable bed, room is spacious and good service. I was lucky to get a room with a good few of the town center. It was lovely. Hope to visit again.

Very friendly staff and dreamlike rooms!

The drop-down menu of the self chek-in machine not working well and nobody picked up the phone for help, so we had to wait for the machine to restart the process and hope.

Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Good pressure in shower. A very nice breakfast. Tram stop close by. A couple nice restaurants close by.

The hotel is perfect, offers breakfast, the hosts are nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location is perfect, close to he railway station and has a lot of busses and trams around.

My room was small and ugly but clean. Staff is nice and breakfast is decent. Location for my need was excellent. Not ideal to go to the city centre on foot. Cost reflects the above.

We were given a room on arrival that was not cleaned which resulted in us moving to a huge room. The beds are comfy and it has everything u need including kitchen to cook or make hot drinks.

If you book a private room, you will be fine!
