Internet very weak and keeps disconnecting. Shower very weak and takes very long to heat up. Shower head old and plugged. Out of Kleenex in bathroom. No service attendant at night. Business colleague’s room had single tiny bed so I was embarrassed that I’d recommended this hotel. My mattress cheap and uncomfortable. Pillows thin. Uninteresting books for sale in room at high price. Restaurant closed for renovation. Already booked 2nd reservation for 3 months later but no way to cancel without losing an entire night — 3rd world bait and switch trick.

Comfortable and convenient for visiting friends in kapfenberg.

The service was very good, but it's not for everyone, but for guests of the plant Bohler.

Very good — rather upscale — restaurant! Nice staff, very good food. Excellent daily menus.

A good hotel to stop for work.

Great venue, sadly disappointed by the Christmas menu. Rather small portions, as well as tastefully not top — too bad.

Hotel is OK, star rating is not quite comprehensible! Food in the restaurant is OK if you do not order the food with an event. This food is not recommended. Breakfast is good, sauna was not inviting for us! Right at the entrance to the steelworks, good windows, have not heard anything!

I'm disappointed. Very much. We were here at a cabaret event and it just didn't fit anywhere in the hotel environment. At first there was no proper signage, so we were honored 10 minutes around until we could finally find the event room. The chairs that were set up were very hard, so that at the end they all hurt. In the second part of the cabaret the ventilation was apparently turned off, so that it becomes unbearably warm. The performance even had to be interrupted because a man collapsed. This was quite dramatic because it was called after doctors or paramedics. During the break I ordered a white splash, I got a white mixture that just tasted like water. I then complained and got your new white mix, with you then was more wine drink, but this was completely warm. The food was average and I would have expected much more at this location. Finally, I was approached by a hotel employee stupidly. No thanks, never again.

A very good hotel with nice staff, a delicious breakfast and free internet. There is a fitness room and a sauna. The fitness room can be used free of charge. The rooms are good the beds are comfortable. In the rooms there is a large flat screen TV and air conditioning.

Stayed here for business. Lovely hotel with character. Rooms were modern and clean, although I only had a single bed. Great food from the restaraunt.

Overall experience was good. Rooms are very small, ok for 1 person.
