Most guests describe the staff and the owner's family as very friendly, warm, and helpful. However, one guest experienced rudeness and a lack of accountability when organizing a tractor ride, stating they were ignored and their phone calls went unanswered. There were also mentions of instances where guests had to search for staff themselves to find out the dinner time or the location of the pool.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with a wide selection: muesli, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, and fruit, with the option to order egg dishes at no extra cost. For dinner, a choice of two menus is offered, including soup, 5-6 types of salads, and a dessert. Opinions on the food are divided: some guests are delighted with the cuisine, while others complained about a repetitive selection, overly hard breakfast rolls, and the absence of a specialized children's menu.

The rooms are described as simple, reflecting a farmhouse style, but many of them require renovation. Guests complained about worn-out furniture, broken bedside table drawers, non-functional electrical sockets, and very small room and bathroom sizes. Plumbing issues were also mentioned, such as heavily scaled or broken shower heads and toilet lids.

The situation regarding cleanliness is mixed. Some guests are satisfied, while others note insufficient cleanliness in the rooms even with cleaning services. There were complaints that the maid did not change towels and rarely replenished toilet paper supplies. Regarding common areas, issues with cleanliness in the laundry and camping restrooms were mentioned, although other guests found them acceptable.

It is an ideal place for families with children. The property features a petting zoo with rabbits, pigs, goats, sheep, ducks, horses, and dogs. For children, there is a large playground, swings, a trampoline, climbing frames, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and even a children's pool. Exciting tractor rides and horseback riding lessons are also offered, although in one instance, a guest was disappointed by the absence of a riding instructor throughout their entire stay.

Guests can rent vintage tractors and go for a ride. For active recreation, tennis (both indoor and outdoor) is available, as well as a special "hay barn" for games during bad weather. The hotel also provides the Sommercard, which allows free access to many nearby attractions.
