Kind and helpful. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Central position.

The hotel is beautifully located in the centre of Murau. In 5 minutes you can reach the great playground in the city park or the nice outdoor pool (included with the overnight stay). Room very clean and nice large. Breakfast is very good and also the dinner tastes good. The staff were very friendly, attentive and very helpful. Absolutely recommended for families.

A beautiful 3-star hotel, very centrally located, you only need a few minutes walk to the brewery and murau castle. The stop of the Murtalbahn is also right next to the hotel (especially in winter, convenient if you want to go to the Kreischberg ski area — at this time of year, skiers with the Murtal Card, which you get as a guest, are free of charge). The staff is very friendly and always trying to fulfill all your wishes as quickly as possible and the food is also great. But the highlight is certainly the own cinema. Chargeable, of course, but still something very special.

Although on the one hand several school classes were on site and at the same time several craftsmen were doing their jobs, the hotel management and the entire staff tried to be there for each guest and completed the remaining work until well after midnight.
A location I'm sure to visit again.

In my room were only 5 sockets but 5 beds and these were not even with the beds! Also, there were some places that were not cleaned very well.

For a week I was with my family on a skiing holiday in Murau in January 2012. Our accommodation in the youth and family Guest House was very clean and for two adults with 2 children, there was enough space in the room (on two levels). I would like to highlight the excellent breakfast as well as dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Ski train connection to optimal Kreischberg.
We come back to next year.
