Fantastic hotel. Lot of history. Staff very friendly.

Kind personnel, amazing surroundings and travel options. Not the most comfortable and quietest rooms but it does the trick. I enjoyed my stay and the foods they offer.

Very clean, absolutely friendly management and staff, special requests were fulfilled immediately if feasible. Super kitchen everything was always very tasty. Also our huge dog was a very seen guest. Until next time Erzberg.

Perfect hotel for a weekend hideout and hiking. Stuff is absolutely amazing if we can give more stars we would. Defenetly would recommend.

In every H one after top. The management seems to have guessed before what you might want five or ten minutes later we were there together with several school classes we almost never saw each other alone or we got in each other's way it was always a quiet one Atmosphere never hustle and bustle and always everything tip top prepared. Totally recommended we will use it as our main venue regularly.

Found more or less by chance during a small tour of Austria as a place to stay and have been extremely positively surprised. Very good food quality, great rooms and very friendly staff. The ambiance is really beautiful, a fabulous atmosphere. Top Hotel and Host!

Great kitchen. Friendly staff. Everything uncomplicated. And not to forget the beautiful quiet and great landscape. We enjoyed it very much. Heart what more could you want.

We enjoyed our wedding at Schloss Kassegg very much, and are glad to have booked the castle exclusively for the celebration. Would love to have had more time exploring around here. Very friendly helpful staff everything nicely clean and tidy and very good breakfast included with excellent gluten free bread available on request. Only minor negative was awareness of a heavy snoring from adjoining room but I think most walls would have found this guy challenging! There's a good adventure playground best suited for older rather than small kids. Fantastic view from our 3rd floor room.

This hotel is surrounded by a stunning scenery. And it's its strength. In fact, it's the only hotel miles around. It is located near a forest, and it has a large domain you can visit on foot. Perfect for hikers! Service is great and the staff is very professional. Breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. There's a large parking for more than 40 cars. I did not give 5 stars because the restaurant only offers a fix 3 dishes menu in the evening. So if you're not very hungry, you still got to go through 3 dishes. Price of the room was rather affordable considering the quality of our stay. We will come back.

Beautiful bavarian castle. Well restored and rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly service and staff. Great place to stay and explore nature around the national park.
