Reception or staff friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. When it comes to food, there is always enough choice. Something for everyone in terms of taste.

All in all, a great holiday for us.

Therme everything can be reached well and quickly! Price performance is OK. The service staff as well as the lifeguards all friendly. Gastro area could be better ventilated too hot to eat but you save yourself the sauna going ggg.

Not cheap. Food not delicious, in my eyes no spa for toddlers. We will not come here anymore, there are better spas for children for the same price.

We feel very comfortable in the H2O thermal spa. Have been a guest several times and have never been disappointed. The facility is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The food is also good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Particularly recommended is the saunaworld with the guided infusions of the team Klagenfurt siegi and daughter and guest infusion mario.
The team is on site every 14 days.
The last stay of several days with my wife in the h2o therme was again an experience for herself with these guided infusions. Really highly recommended. Lg to the team Klagenfurt!

It was a nice and a relaxed WEEKEND! The ESSEN was excellent as well as the PERSONAL! A LOB to the entire """PERSONAL""""! It was a beautiful BIRTHDAY!

The only suggestion I would change would be to offer apple juice in the restaurant in the hotel, because almost all children like it like orange juice, which is offered anyway. But otherwise top!

Super facility, friendly staff in the thermal spa, perfectly arranged with the different pool top.

The choice of pools is good. There is nothing more positive for pure bathers. The interior is so poorly ventilated that breathing is difficult to breathe because of the chlorine. Besides, it is so loud that you have to scream your seat neighbor a so that he understands a word. The food is horrible and even overpriced. The fruit salad was definitely already a few days old and the hotdog for 4€ consisted only of a bread and a warmed sausage. The staff also often seem to be more preoccupied with kicking than serving one. What a pity.

Today I got diarrhea from the food in the theme area. Only ready meals that smelled strange. Totally overpriced for this.

Overall, we were satisfied. The thermal spa itself is very nice, it is a rather small thermal spa and with many offers for children. The food in the hotel is good, but not excellent. The childcare is good and varied. The rooms are also completely okay, they could be quieter — all night long there was a hum to be heard again and again, probably from the pump from the thermal bath or from the air conditioning.

Good location for everyone from Vienna! At the hotel breakfast and dinner buffet, even the smallest finds everything he likes. Personal highlight are the slides, especially the tire slide — this is a lot of fun.

It was a disaster i'm going to take my food with me from now on.

For swimming with the children, the thermal spa is great.

I can't agree with the reviews that said the food wasn't good or it was dirty (disgusting was the wall in room 240, which I also said) The reception was friendly and even the sparsely sown waiters at dinner were very friendly. We were also not employed at the buffet, the food was varied and good, only things like cake or peanut salad from the pack do not have to be. But the pizza in the bathroom buffet was very good. The sauna area is very spacious. We had good weather, so that the bathers were well distributed. But I don't want to imagine what's going on in rainy weather or winter. It can be said that we were very peace.

Children's thermal Spa, which we booked through the vital plan. Spa area, sauna area. Breakfast suits, dinner is not in buffet form can so much. Spa food itself should be avoided. That the Arrangement is not a Bathrobe, it is incomprehensible to me. Other providers in the area can be sure of that.

We have visited several spas in Austria, but we have so far promised the least.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole stay is the same table and the drinks from the juice bar are free.
Negative: The food in the hotel is like a canteen!
Poor choice, the quality of the food lets you wish about! We were there on Good Friday and there was just one kind of fish that there was once again at the Holy Saturday.
So far our worst experience of eating at a spa hotel.
The food at the spa is nothing better, because the same cook is likely to work.
The range of pools and slides is quite good for children, but teenagers will be bored after half a day! The spa offers only two slides and a wave basin, which is switched on once per hour for 3 minutes. That's just too little!

Only the sauna area is relevant for us. And it fits.

Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern eine schöne Therme. Die Haupthalle mit dem Großteil der Pools ist dementsprechend laut, man findet aber auch ruhige Bereiche, also kein Problem. Für die Kids gibt es Wellenbad, Clownpool, Rutschen und vieles mehr. Die Kinderbetreuung ist sehr freundlich, die Spiellandschaft direkt neben dem Speisesaal entlastet die Eltern nach dem Essen. Das Hotel ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind größenmäßig okay, etwas störend ist, dass die Fenster nur gekippt werden können und ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre für Babymilch und Brei fein. Alles in allem aber eine feine Familientherme.

Were in January with grandchild in the spa. Food for a 3 star hotel very good, staff at the hotel courteous and friendly. Perfect for Families with younger children, it's loud but that's no problem for you ;). The Kids love ❤ the mascot "Hoppi Ho", a large chick. At summertime they have although some very big outdoor bouncy castles.

It's definitely a place for families. Very crowded and full of kids. The wellness and Sauna area is beautiful indeed. Definitely worth the 5€ extra. Stayed as an overnight guest. You can enter the room at 15:00 no earlier. With the standard room you are asked to pay 10€ cleaning fee for every bathrobe (so bring your own) no slippers included. At least you get a towel each. On the day you leave you can upgrade your stay in the thermal spring bath for 5€ until 14:00 not including the sauna area Prices at the pool bar are moderate, cheaper than expected (2, 50 Softdrinks, 3, 50 Longdrinks — gin tonic comes with Gordon's and Thomas Henry) Rooms are modern and clean, but small. Nothing luxurious. Depending on the price it can be worth a visit. Had a good rate at 44€ / night including breakfast and dinner.

Spent here 3 nights with 1, 5y old twins. This is definitely not a hotel for children younger than 3-4 years. Reason (and cons) : 1. ) dangerous wading pool, you loose control over the child for 3 seconds by moving from back to front of the smallest slide in the pool (what caused several times of slipped baby diving under the water) 2. ) inappropriately spicy and salty food for children, fried meat, hot-dog and fries what we definitely do not consider as baby-buffet, mostly clear soups without any creativity. There were some exceptions however not as regular buffet. 3. ) sharp wooden edges in the room, especially the bed head — 4. ) WTF motion sensor in bathroom? you wave to turn on light again if you have if you have shower, if you bath the children!. Stupid idea. 5. ) Wi-Fi only at the lobby, not in the room — that sounds as previous century. You have to retype the password every time you connect in lobby — really previous century. 6. ) Baby corner only for older kids, there is no proper corner for 1, 5y kids. Forget about having children in the baby corner, having dinner at the table and having view on the children. 7. ) There is plenty of space for 2 baby cots in the room but they refuse to give you second cot because of "fire reasons". Had to bring my own.

Vers Nice place to swim und have fun.

For that we were for the first time since we are fully satisfied. All of the H2O, team are very polite and friendly. Is really to the tell a friend.

This is no Spa but an indoor pool that is dirty after 1 hour we went back stay. Small, rusty and dirty that shower the "Therme" calcified and also dirty. In the hotel restaurant are additional sales with drinks made all the time is it asking if not coffee, liquor or wine as on a bazaar. Never again even the star is too much.

Were at the weekend the 5th time. And looking forward to our next stay. For a holiday with kids much to recommend!

The price / performance ratio is optimal, of course it is no schmancy Spa with all luxury Interior, but especially with children it feels here, to get something real, and easily to be able to relax.

The hotel is OK food room is in order. The Spa has some points that are changed.

Definitely not recommended for 20, 60€ and the services provided is simply not worth the money. Much too loud, no rest area, even swimmers which make your rest wanted to lay in the area of the changing rooms to relax a bit, no Badepersonal in view of the children rightly know, when it comes to the water jump, had to bathe severe rash from the water (were already in many spas and came because this never before)

For children great. Food is the absolute Minimum for the price. It fits no one on the children no nonsense drive, also the parents are not. The kitchen staff were cheeky to the power of two and unfriendly. Maybe it was just a bad day. Hope this is not a Standard procedure.

I was with my family as a day visitor there on a Sunday during the Christmas holidays. So, as expected, an incredible number of children, high levels of noise, heat, and misery long lines at slide and Buffet. As it should on such a day is to be different. Apart from it, but a few things: The slide (1 x with my Kids 6 + 4 shared) was pretty scary because in some sections pitch black; not a useful Indoorspielplatz with the children from the water might distract so were my 5 hours almost continuously in hot water (! ) ; for Kiga-children-age little Attractive — there are several swimming pools, baby pool; my husband was highly impressed by the wooden ceiling. A true masterpiece of Holzstatiker. We may give the Spa another Chance on a weekday in school ;-).

A Spa for families. We have a night spent at the Hotel. 2 rooms, one for parents, one for children — with Durchgangstüre. The rooms are like the Spa: functional and clean. More, we must not expect. Designer there was none at work. Packages with Night, free Park in Free, access to the Spa, dinner (drinks included! ) and Breakfast are priced OK. Other Konsumationen in the Hotel and in the Spa are priced rather at the upper limit. The dinner was very good, Breakfast also OK. In the Spa there are 2 Slides. One of them with tires.
