➜ Was as a solo Traveller for Christmas 2017 in this Guesthouse. On the first Day, the Room was very cold. The next 5 Days there was absolutely no Hot Water available in the Shower. This is unacceptable at Minus Degrees and after Winter Sports. Showers and Hair Washing impossible. The Landlady refused to solve the Problem! December 2017.
The pension was really clean, tidy and stylish. During our stay we really enjoyed breakfasts which were perfectly made. Location is close to Therme Grimming which is worth visiting. We can definitely recommend this place. Staff is very friendly.

We spent a night at the pension Köberl. The double room was nice, large and clean. There was a small hall with cupboards, a bedroom with a double bed and a small sitting area, a bathroom with a bathtub with shower. A small mini fridge was available as well as free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very nice. There were fresh buns, bread, sausage and cheese, ham, liver spread, butter, margarine, marmalades, Nutella, various cereals, orange juice and mom and much more. Everything you need for a great breakfast. We loved being here and would love to come back.
