Dinner was a disaster for vegetarians, there was no main dish and the Rest was taste 0
the beds are a joke because the mattresses slipping always
Really have to say for the price I can Stay somewhere else Luxeriöser!

New Boss and staff are top: Very friendly, friendly, very accommodating! At any time again!

Actually, we had a nice and friendly stay here. However, the hotel Manager has forgotten in person at the departure us to calculate things, which were not specified in advance as an additional fee! We then were contacted by telephone, we would still have to pay for the dog and delivery… So far so good, actually heard it prior to the use commencing indicate. The climax came in today, as at the same time a bill with a nice hand-written note (threat with a lawyer about the company) arrived… Actually, I should be the invoice by Mail, which I unfortunately did not get! Then I opened the second letter with a final reminder, both of letters on the same day. Conclusion: Caution! The danger of fraud! Finger way!

My profession took me to Bad Aussee and to the JUFA Hotel there.

When I arrived in the afternoon and wanted to check in, the reception was not staffed, only a few ladies sat at a table in the shade on the side of the entrance and I thought they were guests. After about 10-15 minutes wait (which aroused a certain displeasure in me) and looking for one of the ladies from the table approached me and it turned out that she is the receptionist.

On the guest sheet, despite several mails, a false name was entered, which I corrected. However, this is ignored as I still do not find my name on the invoice and in the request for evaluation of the visit (the reason for this evaluation).

Finally arrived in the room I was surprised how little you get for just under 150, —. The equipment of the room and the size are mMn not worth more than 70, —. Since I often sleep in hotels I know quite well which prices are reasonable.

At first glance, the room makes a clean impression. At the second glance you can see stains of indeterminate origin on the couch, in the corners cobwebs, the exhaust air in the bath is clogged with dust centimetre thick and in the garbage can the remains of the last guest.

At night in bed there was a surprise. The presumed double bed is not one but 2 single beds on rolls.

We stayed here after we started looking for hotels near or around Hallstatt and came up with limited options that were affordable. This ended up being PERFECT. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming from first minute to last minute. They gave us advice to attend an amazing festival in town during our stay, advised us the best places to eat or shop, and overall made us feel a home in their town. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spotless. There is no Air conditioning — but that is standard for hotels in the region (but just reminding those of us from North America who assume this is standard). I was a little skeptical of booking a room in what doubles as a youth hostel. I assumed it meant there would be a lot of noise — but the guests were were of all ages and the hotel was very quiet at all points in the day. They attract more hiking and biking groups looking for well priced accommodations than backpackers (which makes sense — not in a major city or close to a train station). Breakfast was fantastic. I would say you are best to stay here if you have a car — given it's location. It was about 25 minutes to Hallstatt — perfect day trip. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of all ages!

The hotel is great for families
Play and fun, wellness something for everyone. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Food is a delicious treat.

The only shortcoming: with toddler it is tedious on the 1st floor without lift (kinderwagen. )

Class accommodation. Very friendly staff (sometimes too overmotivated), very good breakfast insanely clean rooms. Hats off, I haven't seen anything like it many times.

You eat really well, the décor of the rooms is modern. Beautiful view from the dining room and conference room. Located in a beautiful area.

Great Hotel! I was there with my grade level there in the winter sports week. Very nice staff but little evening program. Very nice clean rooms and excellent food. Nice design from the hotel and good location. Thanks for this great experience!

We were in the hotel from 30.12.17 to 1.1.18.
The check in, the stay in itself, the breakfast, the dinner and the program on New Year's Eve were just top!
We will definitely come back! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The rooms are clean and friendly… ours was a bit too small but also very good!

Nice budget hotel for tourists. The best alternative in case you you think Hallstatt hotel prices are too high. Just 30 mins drive from Hallstatt. Best breakfast around the area.

Price performance fits absolutely here. Room rather small but everything because what it takes. The breakfast is very good. And during the day you can also comfortably drink or eat snacks next to the reception. Wi-Fi is free of charge.
