Very nice hotel and nice wellness area. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food is really good and every meal (especially) is fulfilled uncomplicated, even for allergy sufferers there is enough choice. I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience 100%!

A beautiful, quiet spa area with a view of the mountains, so much for relaxing and unwinding. Very good cuisine!

It was a really great stay again … very nice staff, absolutely friendly and prudent, a good team in all areas… the food was excellent, the rooms very clean and as always easy to feel good … no wishes remained unfulfilled … the spa area, especially the pool on the roof and sauna, simply awesome … you just have to come back.

Great hotel in the beautiful Bad Aussee! The rooms are great, the staff very friendly! Be sure to try the rooftop pool, which offers a great view of the village of Bad Aussee! The surrounding lakes (see photos) are simply a dream!

Cuisine, however, is very fluctuating. The menu is a bit confused.
Cold bowl was sweetly seasoned and the risotto watery and bland.
Poached fish and steak, on the other hand, at the point and top in taste.

I don't know a really great hotel where you can find something negative in this house. A very well-run hotel.

On the day before arrival I asked for a vegan dinner. I would not expect that it is so varied, nutritious, and good!

As a Christmas present, my partner was given a "cuddle weekend of Mydays", booked it with Mrs. Lackner, a very nice and friendly person who helped me a lot with the room booking and service services.
This hotel we can recommend with a clear conscience, top service, top rooms, top wellness area (at all in winter with the outdoor pool) top food.
Would we definitely book again.

Staff is friendly and extremely helpful, I have never experienced anything like this! The ladies at the reception tried very hard to describe the way to acquaintances and I was so happy to see them again! Thank you very much for that.
The room is very nice and it is a pleasure to wake up with a view of the mountains! I haven't slept that well in a long time!
The spa area or areas are very comfortable and definitely top!
The breakfast was extremely delicious and there is a huge selection, I think that no wish remains unfulfilled here.
Unfortunately, our stay was very short with only 1 night, but this will certainly not be the last stay in this first class house!

My husband and I can only recommend the short holiday. The service, the staff, everything was simply excellent. We will come back next year. Simply indescribably beautiful. SPA area — top! Rooms clean and very well equipped. The 5 — course menu and breakfast buffet were just excellent. You can use also area the SPA on the 2nd day to end. Top service. We no longer wanted to go home.

Very nice and elegant hotel located in bad Aussee. Rooms are very comfortable and finely furnished. Breakfast and dinner were very fine and the selection is really great, especially with many regional products. Spa we were only briefly, but also is just plain nice and cozy.

Very tastefully decorated rooms, a wonderful Spa area and very friendly staff make a stay an absolute experience!

Unfortunately, our mood, already on arrival quite marred by the hopelessly crowded Parking lot. We then wanted to retourfahren, there were already 2 other cars behind us, it was complete Chaos and it was absolutely dreadful. We had the car on a not regular car Park to the Reception to ask us what we do now. The lady described and then the way to a little further to a Parking lot, really tedious and not 4*-Sternewürdig is the. While eating, we were unfortunately not even realize that the cook do his thing with a great love of power, was pretty average. We were 2 waitresses within 5 minutes asked if we already have our Dessert have wanted, what we said Yes to. We had then 35 minutes of waiting, and on the question, where now our Dessert remains, we got to hear that there is now a table to use, obviously have come before us and now we unfortunately still have little patience (the gentlemen of this table were right next to us placed, it was obviously important Doctors from the Region to the table scurried then suddenly 4 waiters). If you're in a 4*star Hotel feel that it is not as important as the other, that is, unfortunately, letztklassig. Yet then came the long awaited Dessert: Cold Mohnnudeln with a small Tuper ice. On my question, whether because the Mohnnudeln not yet served warm would have to be, the response came from the young lady, unfortunately, knew they weren't, but she is their pasta at home is also always cold — very professional the staff.

Great Sauna and Wellness area incl. Pool with great views! The food is of high standard.

We are now regulars.
No matter whether in the Carnival or in winter. Every time top. Super spa area and rooms. In Aussee feels just fine.

The Swiss stone pine rooms are modern and comfortable. The flower and herb junior suites with splendid balconies on the first floor are an experience in particular. The SKY pool on the 5th floor of the hotel with a breathtaking view can only highlight one, looking over the roofs of bad Aussee, in the beautiful mountain world of the Ausseerland! The staff is very well trained! Politeness, courtesy and professionalism are lived here!

Although not so sophisticated, but the rooms are comfortable, the staff always polite and the breakfast buffet is very good.

Great home located in bad Aussee with fantastic Sky Spa.

The stay at the Hotel Erzherzog Johann was sensational.
First, we were surprised by the free parking in the hotel garage, which is absolutely necessary, in bad Aussee.
At the reception a truly warm welcome Rezeptionistin Anna, which was also during the stay with help and advice available. A surprise upgrade in a junior suite.
The room great furnished with pine wood and in pleasant colours and perfectly cleaned.
The spa area incredibly beautiful — with roof top pool (indoor and outdoor) different saunas and steam baths and an extensive range of treatments. Again relaxed atmosphere with lots of wood, warm colours and fabrics and an open log fire.
In the spa area, Müsli, fruit salad, fruits and juices to free fresh throughout the day.
The extensive breakfast buffet. Only criticism, perhaps the offered coffee.
The afternoon snack with coffee, tea, cakes and other delicacies in the cosy armchairs in the bar.
Dinner is served in a relaxed atmosphere. The gourmet half-board maybe not quite gourmet but the service is excellent, very careful and friendly. Nice wine list with some Austrian classics.
All in all a really great stay. Congratulations to the entire team. We come back.
