Obertauern Hotels

We’ve just enjoyed a 5 night stay at this fantastic hotel. Everything about it is 5 star.
The food was superb! The choice of menu was excellent and diverse.

Hi, we have recently returned from a truely lovely week at the Rigele Royal in Obertauern. We went with anotter family so we were a party of 8 in total which some hotels struggle with.

Wonderful holiday at Appartament Christophorus in Obertauern.
A special thanks to the staff and especially to Mrs. Doriana, always helpful and caring, who made our stay truly special.

Perfect place for relaxing. Clean and comfortable room, superb little kitchen with everthing i need and an excellent bathroom. The check-in is easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Foxy!

Great area to cycle and hike. No experience regarding skiing but we might come back in the winter time. Because the hotel and area is awesome. The room, the service, every detail is thought about.

We loved the Hotel Panorama! The breakfast is delicious, the space is beautifully decorated, the staff are so kind, and the sauna is lovely. Our kids (ages 12 & 15) loved the pool and hiking.

Excellent location. Hotel is very neat and tidy and everything in our apartment was well thought through and practical.

Amazing service from the beginning. Very welcoming, service was impeccable. I have never been to Obertauern, but will most definitely return.
Rooms are extremely clean and well kept.

Great hotel and perfect location next to the chair lift.
Very friendly and genuine owners who are paying attention to the small details which made our stay very comfortable from arrival to departure.

Unbelievely friendly hosts, Nice and Cosy appartement. Very clean. Very good bed. Suberb location in the ski area, easy ski in/ski out. Spacy ski — lockers. All you need for a perfect skiholiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and direct access to the ski slopes behind the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful time here!

Everything was perfect, we had a good stay! Friendly stuff, they helped us organising a lot. We also visited the restaurant — the food was tasty, we had Kalbsbackerl & Schnitzel, the kids Spaghetti.

A great Hotel, Service and Place!
The staff is really friendly and helpful especially when it comes to refilling the food in the buffet. A very nice service from Milan, Sara and Rita.

My only complaint is the food. It's decent but definitely feel like there is salt in too much of the food. Otherwise this place is good.

I stayed here with a group of 9 friends in their sky apartment. The accomodation was by far the best I've seen I've experienced in the Alps.

9 of us stayed in room 301. Absolutely beautiful modern design. Amazing views. Lovely sauna. The photos didn't do the room justice.
Excellent breakfast and the staff were wonderful.

Everything was perfect! We only stayed one night but we will definitelly come back. The hotel is beatiful and the service was exceptional.

The hotel was really well placed in the centre of village and next to lift and ski shops. The revive in the hotel was really friendly and great.

This is a fabulous hotel. Very comfortable modern rooms which are spotlessly clean. Fantastic owners who are very friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Hotel Kristall. The hotel is very convenient to both alpine and cross-country trails, and to the main road where restaurants and shops are located.

A Perfect Stay in Obertauern – Modern Comfort and Exceptional Care!
We recently stayed at Apartment Bernhof and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our experience at Aparthotel Bernhof was excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal, truly ski-in, ski out. The breakfast is world-class!

Comfortable and practical accommodation with the option of morning bread delivery (including gluten-free bread on weekdays).

A fantastic location just by the gondola and by the side of the slopes, in the centre of the town. The apartment was clean and beautifully kept with everything we needed for our stay.

Nice clean family hotel. Perfect meals. Good equipment for kids.

Amazing place, with one of the best service I have ever had. Friendly staff, Michelin star level food, exquisite atmosphere. Even our extra wishes were taken into account without hesitation.

Fantastic hotel, with the best location in Obertauern. Spacious rooms, high standard interior. The hotel and it's personnel are dog friendly, which for us is very important.

We had a great time at Seekarhaus in December 2025. Very modern and high quality hotel and rooms. Our room was very spacious. Due to the altitude, there was plenty of snow despite being mid December.

Absolutely love this place. Spa area is the best I’ve ever seen. So many to choose from. The inclusive food just never ends. I’ve been there several times and I’ve never had a bad meal.

Very high level, but so domestic feelling. Clean, peacefull and full wellness accomodation with perfect gourmet service. Our choice for several times now and allways our first.

Fabulous hotel, great staff and service. Facilities top notch. Ski in & out.

We had a very nice stay in the Glocknerin. The pictures on the website are representing the hotel well.

A great spot on the slopes, but also quiet and charming, a bit off the beaten path.
The hosts are extraordinarily involved in every detail, helpful and warm.
Would come back.

Super ski in / ski out Family managed property, located in a quiet part of Obertauern, with huge and clean rooms (suites), superb breakfast, garage with charger, friendly and professional staff.

It was a perfect place to spend Christmas week.

The hotel has an excelent location. The staff is freindly-I definetely reccomend you this hotel, however the food in the restaurant below the hotel is disgusting and the staff is rude as well.

It's a beautiful hotel, finished in a very nice style. Your staff is super friendly, very competent, and hard-working, doing everything they can to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and Certainly the best in Austria. I am passionate about leaving this review because I mean every word.

Very nice family run small hotel, new modern and clean rooms, good food and specially very friendly staff. If you like such hotels, you can't miss.

Awesome hotel. Super friendly staff. Amazing service. Perfect location for easy ski access. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with superior service, delicious food and lots of fun activities throughout the week! We’ll definitely come back! Perfect for families or couples!

The hotel could not be faulted for its facilities, services and, above all, friendly owners. Spacious rooms, clean bathroom and toilet.

We have just returned from a 6-day trip to the Alpenland from the UK.
The hotel is all that we had hoped for. The rooms were lovely, very well and recently appointed.

We stayed at the hotel with our family, and we were genuinely impressed with every aspect of our stay.

The hotel lived up to the previous reviews.
Location was excellent.
All staff were friendly and helpful and the family atmosphere was evident.
