Great place with very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and a great spa. For kids there is a lot on offer, even for toddlers almost everything is available on site.

Very nice children's hotel, paradise for children. Very nice staff, good food, very nice suites. Perfect holiday for families, it would definitely recommend :) we will be back.

Fantastic cuisine, very friendly staff, nice rooms, just everything perfect.

Our third time was as great as the previous ones. Catered for families in mind with fantastic kids club but also lovely spa amenities for adults. Food & wine card was good and kids got to go nuts on pancakes, ice cream and pizza etc but there was also fresh fruit, juices etc always on offer. Family room was spacious for our family of 4 and kept clean every day.

We were in June 2018, with the Summer Opening package in the children's hotel and were completely thrilled! Totally friendly staff take care of the Large and Small guests to their full satisfaction. Especially the sensationally good kitchen is a highlight! The finest food for the parents, and popular dishes for the children. We come in may 2020 and are looking forward to our 6. To spend a wedding day with you.

Great hotel for kids, rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, staff are friendly and helped us with everything we needed, breakfast is very good, dinner is average.

Great starting point for various excursions. Hotel itself offers everything children's dreams want. Very nice staff have to give an answer to all questions excursion tips. Eat well and enough. Super juice offer and ice cream included.

The food is cold, but otherwise SUPER!

Nice hotel, good offer, wellness area is great, room very spacious. The staff is always eager. The service is a shortcoming; Only auxiliary staff and temporary workers. No pros! The lack of experienced forces is definitely noticeable.

Loved it! Lots of stuff for kids to play with. The hotel is linked with their spa hotel so you could use the spa area as well.

It was amazing there was always something to do including lots if entertainment and the food was amzing. The hotel rooms where luscious with all of them having a balcony and in the morning the staff would make a nice origami creation using towels on top of your bed Outside there was a pool and lots of play equipment with another indoor pool The sights where beautiful everything was great I highly recommend it.

Super Service Super Food and the rooms are top and big enough for two adults and two children.

We stayed a week for skiing with our son there. The organization of the ski passes, the Skibus, the skiing school comes directly to the hotel — excellent.
The food is good. A mix of service and buffet. In the end a Bissel a lot of Renner for my taste. The service is good but sometimes takes a bit.
The rooms are also good. Unfortunately we only had Wi-Fi in the hallway. But thanks to the new EU roaming guidelines, there is the usual volume of data in the whole EU.
Overall recommended. We would go back.

Very nice place, it's right near where always the children entertainment programme program clown balduins children and families in kaprun with the funny kids show! We're always thrilled there is nothing better, can be found on www. Diefamilienshow. De or else simply they ask the summer toboggan run kaprun.

Perfect for a vacation with the children in the middle of Schüttdorf in Zell located on Lake.

We had great expectations for this vacation and were severely disappointed. Why? Now: — no outlet was a gun in a children's hotel! — during the Wespenplage the end of July/beginning of August, we could hardly eat in the dining room because the Hotel does not Wespenfallen had established. Only after our child 5 x was stung, and we repeatedly complained of were set up some Traps and hence a real reduction is achieved. — the Buffet was rarely replenished, if they are not at the beginning of the meal Time as was needed with the remains clear. — the Spa area was as good as never occupied, to a question after a Massage, we had 4 times in the Spa is run as well as also phone calls is not responding. — the Wi-Fi worked only intermittently and always only on request — who, as we occasionally had to work had no Chance because the Hotel PC's were rare. Now comes the summit, as we to a conversation with the General Manager have asked, we learned that he is in the middle of the high season in holiday was! after his return we asked again to make a conversation — he has not even reported! Conclusion — very friendly and exerted staff, but the Management of the hotel deserve a smooth 5 —, incapable, careless and uninterested! We take certainly not back there.

After going to this hotel three times, we will never stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately all three of our kids got really sick after spending 4 days at the hotel. Even though we had a few days left at the hotel, we left immediately and two of our children had to be taken to the hospital for a couple of days. How the management handled this issue was terrible. We wrote an email to the hotel that our experience was ruined and thought it was important to inform them just in case other children were effected. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they got extremely defensive and threatened legal action against us. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer treatment (threatening your customers). The hotel and people working there were great, the facilities are very good. The bottom line, we know that kids get sick and we're not irrational parents. In our case our situation got quite bad and we had to leave. Because of the extreme situation, we would expect the management to have empathy and understanding and ensure a resolution (at minimum a refund to the days paid and not used).
