Excellent service and amazing staff.

It's one of the best places to stay in Austria! Ben and Clare together with the two lovely cats make this accommodation so familiar and lovely. The rooms are very clean, comfy and stylish. Moreover there's a big very comfortable and cozy common living room and also a special TV room, music spot and much more for making your stay and especially also the stay of young guests quite comfortable. Finally the location of the house is great, only a short way (with less traffic) to the center of the small town and also very near to starting point of some hiking trails.

Wonderful place to stay, stunning scenery, beautiful walks and the perfect hosts, Clare and Ben. Well worth a visit.

Have just come back from a superb week staying at Chalet Mur. Clare, Chloe and Blair made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much bother for them. They went out of their way to help with every aspect of our stay. The food was brilliant all week. Returning 'home' every afternoon after a cold day's skiing to cake, coffee/tea and a cosy wood burning stove was amazing. Our three kids were spoilt too and thoroughly enjoyed going through the selection of DVDs to watch on the massive wide screen TV and playing on the Wii. Thank you so much for looking after us so well from beginning to end. You couldn't have worked harder. Xxx.

Our stay at Chalet Mur couldn’t have been better. The team running the show couldn’t have been nicer, Claire, Chloe and Blair treated us like part of the family making our stay comfortable and as seamless as they could. The food was excellent, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the atmosphere in the chalet felt like a home away from home. Highlights were the log fire and homemade cakes, playing our own choice of music and the cinema room. Also the fact that the ski bus picked us up from outside the chalet, so we didn’t have to walk to far in our ski boots. They do an airport pick up service and breakfast every morning was spot on, exactly what we needed to start our day before hitting the slopes. 5 stars all round for the staff as they made our stay one to remember. We would go back on a heart beat.

Claire and Ben go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay with them at Chalet Mur a pleasure. The chalet is a traditional alpine building with a vibrant modern design inside. Conveniently located between the Katschberg, Grosseck-Spiereck and Aineck resorts and about twenty minutes drive from Fanningberg and Obertauern.

Amazing! Loved every minute. Chalet Mur is just gorgeous. So homely, quaint, welcoming and cosy. Will definitely return again! Clare, Ben and Daisy were wonderful hosts. Can't recommend this place enough. Nothing was a bother and I couldn't have asked for any better!

Fantastic chalet skiing experience, eight of us stayed over New Year with Ben & Clare (and the lovely Daisy of course) and provided Clare with some diverse dietary requirements and some challenging moments with my elderly Dad! Can't fault the service, food, location, facilities and can only praise the 'can do' approach which the team provides from the moment you step through the door. A true home-from-home in the mountains, with great skiing opportunities almost on the doorstep for all levels. We will definitely return, and can't recommend enough! Thank you.

I spent a week here at Chalet Mur and it was brilliant. Ben and Clare went over and above any expectations. As well as organising the skiing, driving us to ski school every day, pick up from airport and cooking amazing food (veggie, lactose free etc) they went way beyond. It was the Christmas week and they bought my three year old presents, picked her up from ski school so I could ski for longer and when they found out I had been Pick Pocketed in Paris on my route to Austria they leant me money until I could do a bank transfer. I will be back ;) thank you thank you thank you. Would totally recommend.

Beautiful B&B… the beds are sooo comfortable I didn't want to get out of them.
