First class service, delicious food, very child friendly.

Winter or summer-I’ve been here at least 10 times, my kids have grown up with the place. Very Austrian, very relaxed.

A beautiful hotel complex with an incredible view of the Hochkönig!
The staff is very polite, fast and friendly throughout! We felt really comfortable. Super helpful reception! The food was very tasty, top service staff and the stay was unfortunately too short! The rooms are also spacious and great! We will be back 🥰 thank you very much! 🙏🏻

We were here for a week on our honeymoon and it was indescribably beautiful.

— we have participated in 2 guided hikes with Mareike which is absolutely recommended, it shows you the most beautiful spots, has the best recommendations where you can stop well and ensures an absolutely good mood :) we can only recommend it to everyone.

— the facility is super nice and very well maintained.

Everything is gathered here to spend an ideal holiday. Beautiful location with panoramic views of the mountains. Very high-end services with a staff with care. If your purse allows, you can go with confidence.

Only the best experiences. Great praise to the staff. This is committed and friendly beyond the normal level. The food is excellent, the rooms spacious and clean. The location and the facilities of the hotel with the panorama of the High King phenomenal. All in all, the Hotel Übergossene Alm is highly recommended.

Very nice, we were served by a very nice waiter. But the cost of a dog is enormous. For nothing 25 euros is fierce. Then there was a more calculation of an unused room. Was not booked. If you don't look at it. But it was rebooked because we had objected to it. Hence the deduction of points. But none the more, it is highly recommended.

Rooms are way too small & congested, its awkward moving through. Bathrooms & entire hotel are extremely old fashioned & has a foul antiquated unfresh odour & nothing is scented. Spa is really small & outdated too and filled with flies, + the brine grotto don't even work, & there are no towels in the spa so guests have to use the same 2 brought down from room for the entire day even though they're soaking wet! DEFINITELY NOT deserving of Best Alpine Wellness hotel ranking, it's mediocre @ best. No bottle water provided in rooms & no minibar nor tea, coffee & kettles in rooms. The location though is amazing, remote so no buildings adjacent so offers privacy, and the surrounding lush rolling green hills & mountains make for a spectacular landscape, it's more beautiful than a postcard & the service in the restaurant is terrific.

Friendly, versatile. In winter as well as in summer, there is a lot to offer for leisure time.

The best place to be in Dienten.

There are not many things in life that keep improving. Usually it is the other way around. But Ūbergossene Alm just gets better and better. Food, wine, services, smiles, you name it. And all on the top of the tops. So if you are looking for the best, you just found it.

Great hotel for a ski holiday — nice staff, nice rooms, spacious spa area and delicious food!

Nice hotel with delicious food. Many leisure activities possible. Nice saunas.

No matter if it's summer or winter, it's a pure pleasure every time. The hotel offers everything you could wish for. A large area for the youngest, a large spa with different recreational areas, indoor pool and whirlpool, a Fittnessbereich, different very nice rooms and almost everywhere a dreamlike panorama of the Hochkönig. Not to mention the kitchen, which Pampers the guest every day on the new with a fantastic menu (with two choices and food as possible from the region) or large theme buffets. Of course not to forget the very good wine selection.
Particularly noteworthy is the surrounding area, which offers light and heavier hikes during the summer. Also guided hikes from the hotel, which often end with tastings with delicacies from the surroundings on one of the many Alpine huts, are offered.
In winter, the tow bar next to the hotel leads you directly to 2 chairlifts and thus to the all-round, freshly excellent, huge ski area. The hotel offers snowshoe hikes, sleigh rides etc.
No matter what time of year we are looking forward to our next stay.

Best place for cross-country skiing, skiing and winter hiking. Wonderful view, pre-Alps then when down in Maria Alm-Hintermoos The fog hangs quite stubbornly.

Very nice place! If you want to stop for coffee it is a bit expensive. But as a resort it looks incredibly good!

Great family resort. Nice rooms. No AC, but did not feel AC wss needed in the fresh mountain air. Incredible hiking in the beautiful Alps. Amazing Spa. Food is very good. Service is warm and friendly.

The Übergossene Alm is, for us, the best family hotel in Austria. We have tried many different hotels, for 3 years but now only more here (most recently, for the first time in the summer).
The hospitality… — is facilities, the cleanliness, the food, everything here top and very recommended.
Our kids love the variety of game options (since summer 2013 even more) and again to Theresa (carer), which will see them again in a week during the semester holidays look forward because then we spend the 5 holidays on the Alm sakes of.

This was a short trip, we have enjoyed very much. Somehow, we had the feeling that we have been part of a harmonious family in this House. The service was unobtrusive perfectly, but at the same time. The entire system is optically very maintained and also from a hygienic standpoint in top condition. The same applies to the extremely sensitive in this regard Spa! The offered catering, starting from the breakfast buffet, snack offer up to the dinner menus, of excellent quality and beautifully put together. With a set: A beautiful house in a beautiful area! We spent a summer getaway; but as I've seen, here also a winter/ski holiday must be a fantastic stay.

Hotel Übergossene Alm is a superb House that I can recommend each guest looking for wellness, relaxation, recreation and the possibility of sporting activity in the Salzburg mountains, only warmest.
Here, no wish remains open! Great service, excellent Spa and wellness treatments, enchanting outdoor swimming pond with views of the Hochkönig and the mountains, tasteful furnishings and rooms, top kitchen.
The Alpine team has really excellent service. Without exception everyone greets friendly, is striving for the welfare of the guest, attentive and very helpful in a very natural and service oriented manner.
This is not just my experience — more than my impressions of the Meadow Overmoulded over have confirmed other guests of the hotel to me in conversation.
Also, the hotel is an ideal starting point for hikes of all levels of difficulty of the amusing Hut to hut with the hiking guide from the hotel to the challenging mountain tour on the Hochkönig.
It's obvious that at Hotel Übergossene Alm and the Burgschwaiger family is their Alm team the guest in the heart!
I filled me from the first moment of welcome and look forward to seeing you again!

Top ski vacation at a top Spa Hotel
My family and I spent a very relaxing ski holiday at Hotel Übergossene Alm.
We were the first time here and definitely not the last time.
For the children, there was a very large children's play area in the hotel and next door was also already the ski school. Child care by Teresa gabs great a children get together with one in the evening.
We recovered our wonderful area in the Spa. The selection of saunas was very large and enough privacy and retreat areas were found in the relaxation rooms. Also, the massages were very pleasant.
The Hochkönig ski area leaves nothing to be desired. We borrowed ski directly to the hotel at sport Klaus and opposite the Alm sakes of was also the entry in the ski area, which is very large and family-friendly.
In the afternoon we went back to the hotel for a hearty snack of Alm. And dinner we were spoiled with beautiful 4-course menus.
The only drawback: after a so extensive, great breakfast buffet (every day a land-based buffet) it's really hard one to be still active ;-)
All in all a perfect vacation that is highly recommended!

Such a hotel so beautifully — the foot of the Hochkönig we have rarely experienced. Whether in winter or summer vacation, our ideas have been met fully every time. The direct access to the ski area Dienten-Mühlbach-Maria enthusiastic Alm through the immediate location of the hotel. The room was very stylish, especially comfortable through a blend of tradition and modern facilities. The entire hotel, and especially the Leisure and Spa are spacious. Sauna and massage services were convinced after skiing. Whether breakfast buffet, alpine snack or evening meal, we were always of high quality, the taste, and also here the blend of traditional, surprised the region of connected and creative international menu. This, the staff as a really good team are experienced, that strive to make the holiday as pleasant as possible. We return guaranteed!
