Very little for children! Margin very unclean and old! Eat well! Waitresses with supplies in the afternoon Waaser jugs empty! You always had to ask if you could still have something and you were already looked at awkwardly. For children, the afternoon/snack is nothing! Unfortunately, rather disappointed.

Weekend special … perfect weekend in Grossarl Hotel highly recommended. From the reception to the check out super friendly staff, all always in a good mood, friendly courteous, helpful. Meals both buffet and served perfectly prepared. There's something on the menu for everyone. Top eat, modern clean rooms, very friendly,

Basically a very nice, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. The only minus for the rooms was the hotel's own hairdryer.
In addition, the restaurant area is a RAUCHERZONE (except 6-9 p. M. ). It's not possible for me — the smoke partially dragged up to the reception and also to the first floor. There is a non-smoking area, but it can only be obtained through the smoking area. With toddler a thing of impossibility when the clothes of the children stinks after a 2 minutes stay.
Dear hotel team that with the smoking area is in my opinion totally "ALTMODISCH" — here a modernization (rethinking) would be urgently necessary.
The last point that struck me unpleasantly was the showers in the wellness area. Unfortunately, there was often a smell of urine — which was not the fault of the hotel, but rather of the guests.

Nice staff. Beautiful rooms. Small manko at the outside swimming pool lay for over 3 days a used patch which simply was not removed. Many children who are noisy and carelessly jump into the swimming pools.

Visited in early August. Initial impression was like a motorway service station: very busy. 'Traditional' decor not to my taste. The pool is too small for swimming so consider it as a plunge pool and head for one of the local public pools if you want to swim. There is almost no green space outside for sitting and relaxing. Nesslerhof next door is in a category above but roughly twice the price. What's good about this place? Attentive service, very nice spacious rooms, clean well equipped spa, good location as a base for exploring the area, helpful staff, fair price. Just don't expect super luxury, modern decor, a big pool or place to chill outside.

Super hotel all right ride again and again in Tauernhof.

We were skiing in Grossarl and have descended to the hotel Tauernhof, from the equipment, from the staff I can say quite great and now to highlight the kitchen a super variety cooked with love and passion special requests were immediately met real class. There is a really great breakfast. The staff is simply classy, always friendly, cheerful, invisible but always there. For me one of the best hotel's I have visited. Thanks we like to come back.

We visited the Tauernhof in the third week of January. Next to the positive:-very nice staff-nice and clean room-very tasty food, no matter if breakfast, lunch snack or dinner-great wellness-and swimming area now the really only very small blemish: Verbesserrungsvorschläge-No trash Can Schreibtischberreich (in every hotel in the world there is a:) )
-The drinks syrups in the wellness area have to be controlled much more-balcony door handle is missing (you can't close the door outside) The biggest thanks comes to the end! We had left our gloves on departure in the room, these were even sent to us for free… Top Service! …

We stayed at this hotel again and enjoyed this year again. Very friendly staff, wonderful rooms and excellent cuisine. The proximity to the ski lift is also a great advantage. We'll be back.

The rooms and the hotel in themselves are very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and the food really excellent.

Location between the two main gondolas, reachable on foot in a few minutes.

Tested only the restaurant that has a cozy atmosphere and a menu slightly different from other restaurants in the valley. Large portions and friendly staff. Much appreciated the turkey breast fried with pumpkin seeds and served on a mixed salad with forest fruits (different berries) and figs.

We were in the Tauernhof last year and absolutely thrilled.
The hotel is not directly priced but the price is reasonable.
Excellent food, super clean and cozy rooms, nice staff, class sauna area and well located, right at the ski school we'll be back!

One can only recommend the Tauernhof: Best food with a wide selection at the buffet, nice, clean rooms, extremely friendly employees. There is also a huge sauna — and wellness landscape. Like to come back again. Unfortunately, this year our "pleasure" was disrupted by loud dog barking in the dining room.

Already the eleventh time in the Tauernhof guest. It's like coming home every time. Friendly staff, good food. Heart what more do you want!

This is a magnificent place where everything is what you will expect and even more. Comfortable rooms, delicious meals, very kind people, wonderful wellness area and close to the slopes. Very good ski school just across. We had a great time with our two sons aged 5 and 7 who love the play area downstairs as well. We definitely come back next year.

Wonderful getaway with our 2 children (3&7)! Rooms incredibly spacious and super modern with lots of wood! Food delicious and extensive, special dishes for the children! Wellness area invites you to relax — indoor pool for children a dream! "Kinderland" with climbing wall, play tower, table tennis and much more! Come again for sure! THANK YOU for the beautiful time!

Wir waren im Restaurant essen: Das Essen war vorzüglich, ich hatte einen garniertes Lachsfilet. Die Bedienung war größtenteils nett, wollte uns jedoch leicht Getränke aufdrängen. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten ein gutes Restaurant mit ausgewogenen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
