To the really beautiful rooms comes a wonderful view and very courteous staff.

Consistently friendly and attentive staff and service, pleasant atmosphere. Varied buffet and rich and great food. Super advice on the wall-to-wall results by the boss of the house. We like to come to the Hotel Kristall again and again.

Our stay was more than a good food great prospect nice employed and a good service we will come back.

This cozy hotel can only be recommended, food very good, staff and chiefs extremely friendly, also ideal for families with children.

The Hotel and the Service is very friendly and good.
I particularly liked The Rental bikes.
The Sauna Area is very great especially recommended I can recommend the Organic — Sauna which looks great and offers a really good Temperature.
The Food was perfect and delicious every time!
Unfortunately, there is no Swimming Pool, but you can use the Swimming Pool of the Tauernhof, which is located right next door.
A Fitness Studio is not available, but there are many Leisure Options.
The Room in the Hotel was really super nice and clean.
Since Hotel gets from me 4 Stars anyway I can recommend it to anyone as it is really excellent and you can look past the little Things.
I hope I can convince some People to take a look at the Hotel or book it there.

Simply a wonderful hotel. Very very attentive team, and courteous hosts. Super Frühstücksbüffee, Dinner menu top notch. The sauna area quiet and relaxing, drinks such as tea and juices free. Very nice large room. Have been there during the winter holidays as well as in summer holidays. And will go there more often. Thank you very much. We felt very comfortable.

The 4 of us had a great few days at Hotel Kristall. Very friendly team & clean, spacious rooms — location is fantastically close to the ski slopes! would visit the hotel again!

The staff is very nice when you have birthday you get a cake the rooms are clean good selection at breakfast at supper it is not too much but also not too little, even the children have a good offer one can bake pizza a treasure hunt in the forest and so on. The location of the hotel is also excellent you can hike… From what one should be warned but the roads are in the mountains super narrow and curvy but the hotel I can only recommend to anyone.

Fantastic food. Best service, perfect for children and parents. Sauna Area super nice and new. Children at the Mountain ski learned. Gorgeous Christmas 2017. We'll be back.

The hotel is very nice and modern but still built with a lot of wood.
The breakfast is good.
The dinner is the hammer especially for the price!
The location is perfect for skiing and hiking.
With a small walk you are also right in the heart of the village where you can also celebrate.

We stayed three nights. The location was perfect just above the Billa shop, pharmacy and other amenities. Very close to the cable cart. Apartment was clean and spacious. Furniture little dated but well looked after. Garage parking for free. The hallway smelled of smoke. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from our room.

Very nice clean hotel, new spacious rooms on the 3rd floor, super tasty food… almost too much. Great children and youth playroom with table tennis, wuzzler etc… outside trampoline, rabbits and goats. The only minus point is the view in the sliding glass door to the shower/bath (for teenagers/pubescent children but not so ideal for me) … Taste.

I would certainly highly recommend this beautiful hotel, set in spectacular scenery in the Grossarl valley. The hotel is very well managed and the staff are extremely friendly. The food was delicious, starting the day with a varied buffet breakfast and ending with deliciously colorful and tasty courses — even catering for a gluten-free diet requirement. Enjoy a lovely alpine atmosphere in chalet-style furnishings. Simply splendid!

Our big family: grandparents, and family with 3 kids loved the stay. Hotel stuff is really friendly and welcoming. Our room was as a surprise upgraded. On Christmas Eve all kids in hotel found a gift under the Christmas tree. Dinners were tasty. Would definitely come back.

Family-run hotel to feel good. Very good cuisine, attentive service. The rooms are worth each of the four stars.

That speaks for itself!
Child-friendly hotel with an excellent kitchen is located just 5 minutes ' walk from the ski slope. The practice slope for kids is located right next to the hotel. It is very much importance to the care and maintenance of the premises is put, everything looks as new and still comfortably. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a nice sauna in the basement make the stay very pleasant.
For Pentecost is already fully booked, because here it can be also great hiking and mountain biking.

Super hotel! Nice bosses and employees. Room, wellness area all TipTop. Super food. For children with its own games room (table tennis, air hockey, Foosball, Xbox 360 with Kinect, PlayStation, etc. ). Very much recommended.
