It's not bad, but the feed could have been better. The hotel's pool is very small and the overall big walk along the underground corridors is a long way off.

Super friendly, great service, great location. It is hard to beat the food from breakfast. Here I definitely come back again. Price/Performance is right.

Bad Hofgastein in Austria, in summer as well as in winter as well as in spring and autumn worth a visit. Stylish ambience and delicious food. And a home's own spa with a wellness department so unusually great furnished. Be sure to try the saunas, the swimming pool and the tranquility rooms. And only the walk to the large spa over the bathrobe aisle. This therme is the hit par excellence. Parks ladenzum take a walk through the city. An ice skating rink is also available, as are lifts and trails.

Very cool hotel surrounded by Austrian Alps! In the hotel the accent is made on spa-rest and rehabilitation-it is their hobby. No wonder the hotel recommends Medassist, and they know a lot about spa and thermal. The interiors of the hotel are in a classic style, without any zest. Food is tasty, if necessary assist in the organization of excursions.

The House is a good address for every visitor to the Gastein has chosen. It is in the center, the price performance ratio is fine. The service is anxious to satisfy the guests in all matters.

Everything perfectly clean and the food is good.
The spa has two slides: a Speedrutsche and a tyre slide with smashpoints. Treatments are also good.
Cocktails are perfect.

Great Spa hotel with fabulous luxurious rooms. We were placed in the new Norica Palais.
Every evening we were looking forward to dinner, because the kitchen is excellent with appetizers buffet which plays all the pieces. The in-house spa and the attached thermal baths are perfect. Family business You can feel it, so we'll be back to wellness soon.

Watch out! Here, if you are not careful, you will be pulled over the table! The boss is either so brazen that she deliberately withholds important information in order to get more money or she is planned! Both do not speak for the hotel… Ask everything carefully and check the bill at the end. Absolute audacity and that's why all the other good here is to niece! Therefore only the 1 star: — (

Hotel Norica is located in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. The rooms are well run, the connection to the SPA centre is underground. The hotel still has its own indoor pool, so the visit of the adjacent at best in bad weather makes sense. The food is good, the owners are very nice, so I recommend it with quiet conscience.

Nice hotel, tasty breakfasts, delicious dinners… But the bed is changed once a week… And we had little soap… :) ) ) )

Beautiful Christmas atmosphere in Bad Hofgastein, romantic Christmas lights all over the place. In the hotel everything top, very good food, but could be healthier. As vegetarian dishes, you only get pasta variations with fatty cheese or cheese pätzle. Spa access very comfortable.

Always great hotel! This time we lived in a completely new ZŵER, in the neighbouring house. These were totally beautiful! Food very good.

I was with my mother and my stepfather, who is unable to walk after a stroke, for 4 days in the Hotel. All the wishes in the advance of me, expressed in terms of room and table for food have been met, there is nothing wrong with that. It anywhere friendly staff at the hotel was very cozy, very helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated, the view from the balcony in the mountains a dream. Just eat 1A — I very much am traveling on business and know a lot of hotel food here is really very good and varied. The massages were very good! Fantastically the Bathrobe in the thermal Spa and free use is — so I was able to swim before Breakfast in the lake and enjoy the tranquility. We will definitely come back again.

En excellent hotel in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. It serves delicious meals and offets a free entrance to Gastein termal pools. What you need to remember, Norica hotel has a direct connection to Gastein termal pools via underground tunel. The only disadvantage of hotel it's tje lack of parking in hotel area. When you arrive, tou can stop the car for only couple of minutes in the front of hotel. After you need to replace the car to outdoor parking localised about 300m from hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel. Good food. The perfect opportunity to visit the terms on several occasions in the underground hallway. Radon baths, massage. Excellent staff.

Amazing Hotel in a beautiful mountain valley. The hotel has a modern but very cozy atmosphere. The spa is brand new, big and just super relaxing. What is more, there is even a tunnel to the even bigger "Alpen Thermal Spa" with more and bigger pools and saunas. You can easiyl walk there in your swimsuits and bathrobe from your hotelroom (the tunnel is heated). The breakfast buffet is second to none. A huge variety of local food. Also the dinners were delicious and beautifully served. It is also worth to mention that the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Definitely would go back there. Highly recommend. Great value for money, very cared for the food (except for two Italian dishes, which we didn't go to look for, but they were part of the range), personally I didn't like the furnishings, but I can't say they were ugly, just taste personal. The spa is very nice and big, it would suffice already her alone, the point of strength is then the direct entrance to the thermal baths through a long corridor heated… entering the spa in slippers and bathrobe directly from the room is priceless!
Some style fall here and there for a 4, but overall everything was satisfactory, especially when compared to the price and services offered.

If you are looking for a holiday, 1st class is looking for support in terms of wellness, Spa and kitchen, then one is right at the hotel Norica. I know only 1 Hotel, where you can go in a bathrobe from the room in a spa in 5 minutes… This is simply a hammer…

Perfect place for staying with your family! A lot of facilities for both children and adults. Hotel in the middle of Bad Hofgastein, only 10 min to ski slope.
