We visit this hotel for the 4th time in a row and are always enthusiastic about cordiality and authenticity. This family hotel is simply about making parents and children happy. Excellent food, great and constant staff — you look forward to seeing you again every year. All thumbs up.

Here everything is just right, a great, fully thought-out family hotel that is nevertheless surprisingly quiet in the whole and offers something for everyone. Excellent childcare by Niurja Kotwa, ❤️ — Thanks, you are a full professional with the ❤️ and the view of the right and important in life ☀️ this was by far the best childcare we have ever had, thanks again to "Nuri"!

Extraordinary for children and parents alike. A lot of activities for children, plenty of dietary options throughout the day, care and attention from all staff in the house, owner included.

We have been going there for 4 years now and have always been satisfied. The food is excellent and children can let off steam in the large arcade. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice place with really good food. However, the Wi-Fi is not good. But for families with young and old a real dream destination.

The leisure facilities offered from the hotel are sufficient and varied. Hikes are possible directly from the hotel. Dinner is very good and high quality, the breakfast is sufficient — for everyone enough choice. We really enjoyed the time and like to come back.
What I really liked and I actually didn't expect I had left my very expensive precious glasses lying in the hotel and what a surprise after a few days of returnees I got my glasses sent to thank you again for the honesty and great Stay We will definitely be back.

An excellent family hotel with great food! Our waiter (Volker) helped make the kids and we feel very welcome every night.
The staff is friendly and very committed. I have rarely experienced such a cheerful cleaning fee. For example, she lovingly rearranged my daughter's cuddly toys on the bed every day.
The number of regulars is very high. It has felt like we were the only ones there for the first time.

I like everything here. There is everything for a family holiday: a huge playground with a football field, a cyclist and trampolines (a huge Deskaja playground harlequin under the roof), be can play table tennis, large shadows and even hockey, if the ice rink, there is a spa and Oterytyj Thermal spring.
You can still work with food.

Many activities of the hotel organize sports hall with trampolines, slide, soccer field, basketball hoops, ect.

A wonderful place to relax, unwind, and Experience. The driving transport to the ski school is a great Iide.

Highly recommended-especially in the case of the changing Österreischischem weather you are in the best place!

I was on a short break in bad Hofgsatein at the end of October and went here with friends and our little ones (3, 3, 5 yrs) to go only to the Indoorspielplatz as the weather was already known anyway.
Have paid for the small €7, — and the larger €10, —. But escorts are free of charge. The hall is very cool and makes great and small fun.
Basketball, football, pedal cars and scooters, roller skates, trampolines and climbing towers and slides are here. Everything your heart desires.
There is also a children's disco and so ne kind of child care to make the different with the kids (dancing and tinkering). It just got on the sidelines.
The opening hours should be asked by phone in advance that these seemingly different are with us from 13:30. Maybe previously only open to hotel guests.
Conclusion: I can only recommend if the weather is not so great you can spend time here and all have fun.

Great for families with kids.

A super nice hotel with very friendly staff. The food is really highly recommended. We were in the mountains for the first time for a summer holiday and found it all great. The activities offered by the hotel are varied and super organized. (hiking, rafting, mountain bike tours …) I really liked that the hosts Mr. And Mrs. Zitka themselves, who lead one or the other activity and are very happy to be there.
As a family hotel also likes to travel with young adolescents!

It's very nice hotel with the home service.

Comfortable and elegant surroundings, combined with lovely friendly staff, a lovely spa and beautiful views. The food is consistently delicious and the bar is reasonably priced. The jewel in the crown of this gorgeous hotel is the children's Hall — a huge play area that can be seen from the restaurant. You won't regret booking your holiday here.

Fantastic hotel with quite simply the best staff. The facilities are first rate with everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday. Did I mention the staff are the best?

Staying during Christmas 2016, me and my family had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a great spa area, good sporting facilities and a huge indoor area for children and grown-ups alike. The service is just perfect, the staff is very friendly and proficient! A great place for families with children, but also for couples. Dinner is very good and the hotel offers a nice selection of whines.
