Room was very nice but unfortunately no air conditioning.

Wonderful, modern designer, great kitchen, spacious rooms, very quiet, golf courses, Fitnessstudio, pool, friendly and qualified staff. I mean, go and believe :) Hello.

I reserved the room for one night but end up staying for 3 nights. It is a good place to take a break from the city and be near the lakes and relax. The hotel staffs are all very friendly.

Great Hotel just outside city. Country setting. Beautiful views as you can see. (outside front and back views). Only €22 from train station in Uber.

Food too greasy, breakfast room too dark, some touch up in the rooms but nice location and great wellness.

This hotel deserves 5 start and really it is a perfect service with friendly and so cooperative staff lovely and this hotel have a lovely view the breakfast fast was great have so different varieties of foods I am loving this hotel and sure coming back and also recommend for family and friends enjoy.

Mostly very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent management staff! Two upscale restaurants on location and very good buffet beeakfast. Strong Wi-Fi throughout the whole establishment. Nice spa area and indoor pool. Unfortunately no direct access to the lake and no outdoor pool. Located in close proximity to the main road so some rooms can be noisy. Like most hotels in the mountains in Austria, aircon was not necessary in the past, and thus it can become quite hot at times which a simple fan cannot cope with.

I should tip my hat to all the staff in hotel and restaurant for the very pleasant stay we experienced. Hotel management should be proud of such a great team. Location, room, service, restaurant … the whole package was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Exzellenter Ort für Konferenzen und größere Meetings. Habe selber nie hier übernachtet, aber das Sheraton Fuschelsee macht einen sehr gepflegten Gesamteindruck.

Unfortunately a rivet pulled out of the room. Narrow and with only a small window. The second window in the Dormer was at about 2, 50 meters height and therefore unsuitable for a look outside. Room had a very cramped effect. Bathroom with shower very very small. Welcome at the front desk friendly but rather taciturn. What is not at all in this price range is a shower head, which can no longer spray straight in front of the lime… Breakfast very good and plentiful… Once you've found the things. On the first day I ate bread (was delicious) because I simply did not see the cakes in the old farmer's cupboard. Waffle iron a great idea… If you found that too. The own Christmas market outside the door super.

The house is very beautiful, only greatly extended. The staff was very helpful. The swimming pool is generous, while the spa is more manageable.

Nice location and good service, but rooms are fairly average. Parts of room decor are in a poor state of repair. Towels are coarse and threadbare. Restaurant food is also mediocre and is very overpriced for what it is. €119 per person for the 5 course Christmas menu that has miniscule portions and would leave most people still hungry afterwards! Would not recommend.

Cozy and classy place, sauna with steam bath and free swimming pool, 25 minutes from the centre of Salzburg.

Super comfy rooms in different styles located in different parts of hotel. Large Wellness and Fitness area anderen a pretty nice breakfast were included. The beautiful Lake Fuschl ist close by and the view from at least a few rooms towards towards the mountains ist exceptional.

This place is fantastic. I have no idea why this is an SPG category 3 hotel as it is really great. So we started with amazing value for money. The facilities are excellent, great pool and a short walk to a stunning lake. Staff are very friendly and accommodating also. Would happily recommend and return.

Love, love, love the place. Very nice and friendly staff, rooms are spacious and clean, delicious breakfast, and colourful pool. I would come back if I could and will surely recommend it to other people.

Very large clean rooms, all the staff seem friendly and it is in a staggering beautiful setting. The breakfast has an expansive selection with help waiters. The evening restaurant have limited selection (especially for vegetarians) however very friendly welcome staff. The food from the grill restaurant is some of the best I've tasted in a long time.

Front desk very rude. Rooms in another wing. To get there must drag luggage up and down stairs, no elevator access from lobby. Rooms 100 to 124 are spread over 4 different floors, some (again) only accessible via stairs. Room window is so small it is like you are looking out of a jail cell window. Every time I left the room for more then an hour the electronic keys stopped working. Had to hike back to main building every time to reprogram them. Had to pay for "luggage services" to move our luggage back to reception on checkout. They then proceeded to put our luggage on some tour bus about to leave. Fortunately caught it at last minute otherwise our luggage would have been gone! One wall is only 4 feet high so there is a sloping ceiling. Frequently hit my head to get near TV, coffee or chair. Avoid this place!

Perfect stop for EV owners… Charged our Tesla overnight for free… Very nice dinner in Restaurant Jagdhof (austrian cuisine), fresh fish from nearby Fuschl lake, good austrian wine selection… Hotel is nice, consistent with Sheraton brand… Cosy rooms and a great view over the golf course and the lake… Unfortunately the pool area was closed for maintenance…

The view from the hotel was terrific! The room was very large with a balcony and even overlooking the Lake. The bathroom was also huge and very helpful staff. Very pleased and recovering's Easter weekend back home :-)

Beautiful hotel with great pool area and comfortable rooms in a stunning scenery. Unfortunately the gym could be better equipped and when my phones disappeared from my room the hotel staff was not helpful and ended up blaming myself.

Friendly staff and tranquil atmosphere. In 30 min by bus in downtown Salzburg. Relaxation and sightseeing go hand in hand.

Great staff, great rooms, beautiful scenery and the best breakfast I have had in a very long time. Staff went above and beyond to help me create an itinerary of where to visit and what to do. I travel freequently and this hotel is a standout. Only bad thing was I should have stayed longer.

A haven of peace in an idyllic location. Along with my partner I have enjoyed the place in no less than five times… Wonderful surroundings.
