We really liked it with you. Our room was first class. We were able to sleep very well in the comfortable beds and the bathroom was very modern. Lovingalso the color design. The breakfast buffet is beautifully rustic, sometimes quite different than you usually know it. And the dinner always prepared with fresh ingredients, very tasty. What we particularly noticed was the kindness to the guest and also to each other in the team. Keep it that way. You are class!

It was a wonderful place. Nice people, great food, centrally located to Salzburg and Halstatt, and yet in the quiet countryside.

Typical Country Inn. Smoking/non-Smoking separated rather badly. Addendum April 2018: the Hotel is currently being overhauled. May it not then the Problem referred to in the Smoking room non-Smoking separation.

Nice place to spend the nights in the Austrian alps… the hotel rooms have a balcony, no pool, and a good atmosphere in the bar/restaurant in the basement.

For 1ne overnight stay and as a transit completely okay. Our room (nr 8) was in need of renovation (see photos). The shower is already veeery tight. We didn't have a safe either. The heater also has geblubbert after several bleeding (but if you are out of power is rest). The room was very clean and comfortable. So we had peace and a beautiful natural panorama. The hotel is located directly on a highway where 100 km/h is allowed. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Staff was very nice.

Canyoning with this hotel was super fun and breathtaking but they really should provide more information and explain the difficulty levels rather than kicking you out after 5 mins and stranding you naked because "your swimming is not so much" and this is a "safety problem". Transport incurred an additional cost.

Small family run hotel with a pool. Friendly staff and good food. Beds are a bit tough and rooms are cramped with two suitcases and two people.

The Hotel / Inn is run by a young owner. The staff is very friendly, courteous, very child friendly. The kitchen is very good, the food is plentiful. The rooms are neat, clean, something could be greater. The room is not completely perfect, lacking the hook. It seems ambitious, rooms with a new TV. The cars are on the side of the road, if they do come over to listen, but not loud, what personally, because I don't have even a sensitive sleep has bothered me. Otherwise, the location is very nice, close to Salzburg and near the ski resort of Krispl.

We were welcomed by Max at his normal post, in the restaurant. So many words to describe this Inn. Charming, Comfortable, CLEAN, Safe, Romantic, Secluded, Accessable, Cozy. Our family felt like we were a part of Max and Cornelias family. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. At days end, relaxing in the bar/restaurant area felt like home. The food was great! Our days at Hotel Obermayer were were simpy wonderful. We hated to leave there but hope to return one day. If you are staying in the Ebenau / Salzburg area, you have to try this Inn. You will love it.
