Having fun stag is so nice and helpful.

Location, staff was helpful, gyms nearby (should do a partnership with them).

Room not tidy although the rooms should be clean.
And then hooded rooms would be clean.
But the reception staff were seers friendly and helpful.

We bought a bottle of wine from the counter, later realised it was not sealed. Drank it anyways, and had bad stomach for the next two days! Be careful and check what you buy here.

Rooms ok. Air con etc. Near airport. But surroundings a bit odd. Like being on an industrial park. Taxi in and out then it doesnt really matter.

Basic and over priced. Although Salzburg is super expensive in general for accommodation. Breakfast not included.

Out of town but convenient to public services that in 20 minutes take you downtown. Great breakfast. Good rooms. NB: Hotel has business customers as its target. Large and free parking.

Near to the airport, there a supermarket and resto around the hotel, but usually close when national day or sunday.

Very close to OUTLET, not far from the city, next door is the supermarket, very convenient. However, the hotel entry and exit elements are complex, around the frequent appearance of strange people, feel safe and suspicious, for passengers are very threatening. The advantage is that the staff are very friendly and friendly and free parking.

The hotel is not recommended, I reserved a family room yesterday by phone for my family. The room was cheaper via Booking com than the receptionist offered me on the phone when I pointed out to him he gave me the same price as on Booking com, but that's not all when we entered the room stood only a double bed in the room back to the Reze Apption he apologized and gave me a new room and that at 21:00. We left this hotel with two hungry guys aged 8 and 12. Service poor, unkind and poorly trained staff and the rooms not even clean. Nieagain STAR INN only IBIS nous. You give the hotel a new name BLACKSTAR INN.

€119 for one night and the cupboard is dirty, you can't do that at all. I find that a rip-off. Just not normal. And why so much money for 3 stars? I never come back to this hotel.

Good location, friendly staff (especially at the reception), breakfast and room facilities is very good.

That a managed company with Uber methods is acting is sad. Extension Night is booked at 10. — more expensive on the grounds — well —! At the parking lot are 11autos (with ours). It's quiet to 8 ' '. In the bathroom no paper and linen stains. For that 110, 10. — so check in carefully! Outside is from 79. —. In the next area several hotels, why not even NH, or Austria trend. If you don't need regular customers, next time from where else. But Salzburg is too good to let go of the horror. We'll come back and sleep somewhere else.

Nice Low Budget Hotel with modern and clean rooms. Prices only the Breakfast seems to be a little to expensive in order.

Clean hotel room, parking!, bathrooms are to be brought back to front and the breakfast should be completely reworked for example Star Inn Neutor. For this, man goes on Sundays just across the street to the flea market. (not good). Access to the hotel is short and easy — is very good and is also quiet except for a Verhaltensauffaellige travel group living there as well.

As good as can be hotel at the airport. The only drawback is it is not very close to airport — you still need a taxi if you have a luggage. Though taxi cost less than 10€

Been to many Star Inns in Austria lately, and enjoyed every stay — but there is something extra special about this hotel and its friendly staff.

Hotel out of town, but the center is easily accessible by car or vehicles. Breakfast Spacious and comfortable rooms.

I cannot understand why this hotel has a decent rating. It was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our road trip and also the worst. We had two rooms, the first, upon entering had hair in the shower and on the floor. Then my kids dropped something on the floor, bent over to pick it up and there was a ball of hair on the ground. So gross. The second room had hair in the bed sheets? Generally just not clean rooms. This morning housekeeping walked into one of our rooms without knocking at 8 a. M. Didn't say a word, just turned around and walked out. But by far the most frustrating part of the stay was the Wi-Fi. Because they advertise free Wi-Fi, I was counting on that to get my work done in the evenings. But their service can't keep up with the demands and for three hours each night I tried desperately to log in. Called to complain so they could restart it, still didn't help. They are attached to a grocery store, where teenagers like to hang out (in the parking garage of the hotel). Skip this one.

If we wanted to stay in Salzburg cheaply, we have the "Ibis budget" so far.
This time we wanted a bit more comfort and a more appealing breakfast.
We were recommended by Friends of the Star Inn.
Very good to reach via highway.
Free parking is also available.
Right near the airport and still only 20-30 minutes to the city centre by car or bus.
From the outside may not be so appealing, but inside (almost) everything is OK.
The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
The rooms are quite good. Very positive that there is no carpet. Only behind the door is the wallpaper torn, that should be repaired once. Bathroom/shower very clean.
I slept very well!
The highlight, however, was the breakfast. Wow, what was offered here was really great (see photos).
The highlight of course has been the stand slicer with hand crank for the ham.
The ladies in the breakfast room were also great and had the filling of the plates super under control.
Breakfast costs €13 per person and this is definitely worth it.
The prices per night for 2 people vary greatly here.
4 couples booked within a week at different times and days via various internet price comparison portals and then got prices between 84 and €117 per room and night.

Hotels are generally very expensive in Salzburg but this offers a reasonably priced option a few miles out of the city centre. More convenient for those with cars. There is a free outdoor car park (non secure, rear) accessible around end of the block and up a ramp. Rooms are reasonably sized (family rooms consist of two double beds). There is free Wi-Fi but it is not very fast. It is much slower in the evenings when more guests are using it. The room we had was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable — although there was an odd odour (lemongrass and smelly socks). Thankfully, opening the window went a reasonable way to remedying that. The hotel is situated near the airport and there are restaurants, supermarkets and a mall situated within a 5-10 minute walk. It is reasonably quiet, only the occasional passing car. I wasn't aware of much aircraft noise despite the proximity to the airport. The view from the car park is very nice — mountain.

If you omit the framework (activity area) It is a flawless with excellent value for money. The breakfast is very good and varied and the room was very comfortable.

Good hotel in the airport and motorway close to Salzburg City with taxi and bus within easy reach.

Very good hotel for its stars. Climate control in the room itself. Large cosy rooms. The truth is there is no water to drink in the morning, but it's the little things:-)
